The 5 Best Dental Implant Clinics in Nashville That Locals Trust for Long-Lasting Smiles

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.
  • Specialized Expertise: We looked closely at the clinical background of the dental providers. Clinics led by specialists like periodontists or dedicated implantologists scored much higher in our ranking.

  • Treatment Speed and Technology: Time in the chair matters a lot for busy patients. We favored practices utilizing on-site labs and advanced digital workflows for significantly faster results.

  • Pricing Transparency: Understanding the financial commitment upfront prevents nasty surprises later. We assessed whether these clinics offer flat-fee models or clear cost breakdowns for their procedures.

  • Patient Experience: Comfort during a major dental procedure is absolutely crucial. We considered factors like dedicated care coordinators and advanced sedation options to ensure a smooth visit.

Losing a tooth or dealing with uncomfortable dentures can really wear you down, especially when it starts affecting how you eat, talk, or even smile in photos. It’s frustrating having to “work around” your teeth instead of just living normally.

If you’re considering a more permanent, natural-looking solution, you’re in the right place. With our help, finding the best dental implant in Nashville doesn’t have to be an overwhelming task

We’ve gathered a list of trusted local providers who specialize in restorative and cosmetic tooth replacement. Read on to compare your options and find a place that actually fits your needs.

Nashville Dental Implants is known for their periodontal expertise and advanced PRF healing technology, especially for complex implant and gum cases.

Dr. DeWeese uses evidence-based methods like tissue grafting, minimally invasive procedures, and PRF, which uses a patient’s own blood to support healing.

This gives their care a modern, recovery-focused approach that appeals to those wanting faster, more natural healing outcomes.

They also provide a Patient Concierge service that guides patients through each step of treatment, making the process feel more supported and organized.

One limitation is that pricing isn’t clearly listed online, since treatment costs usually require a consultation. They also don’t handle routine cleanings, so ongoing maintenance needs a separate provider.

Even so, their specialization in LANAP gum treatment and complex implant work makes them a strong choice when precision and expertise matter most.

Pros

  • Board-certified periodontist
  • Advanced PRF healing technology
  • Minimally invasive LANAP treatment
  • Concierge-level patient care

Cons

  • No upfront pricing listed
  • Only does specialized care

Very professional and friendly

I have been seeing Dr. Deweese for the periodontal treatment for more than 3 years now. My treatment journey was not easy but Dr. Deweese did amazing job treating my gums. My husband is also his patient and very happy with the implant work Dr. Deweese did for him. Dr. Deweese and the staff are very professional and friendly. They explain every step of the treatment to you and they make sure you get the best experience in their office!

Dr. Deweese and his staff are great

I had my second visit since I had all my top teeth removed and implants installed.  Still can’t eat solid food for several more months but am very pleased with the treatments I’ve received.  Dr. Deweese and his staff are great.  I look forward to receiving my new screwed in plate in the next 4 months or so.

Address: 335 24th Ave N

Contact: 615-988-7982

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Nuvia Dental Implant Center delivers permanent zirconia teeth in as little as 24 hours, skipping the temporary denture phase that many patients find uncomfortable.

Patients can often leave within a day with a fully restored smile, making it especially appealing for full-arch restoration cases.

Their fully in-house digital workflow enables this fast turnaround by streamlining planning and surgical coordination from start to finish.

Plus, each case is typically handled by a closely coordinated team. They have an oral surgeon and nurse anesthetist, which helps the process feel organized and reassuring.

The main limitation is the upfront cost, since payment is typically required all at once rather than spread out in stages. This can be challenging for those who prefer more flexible financing options.

Even so, their flat-fee structure helps keep things clear. There aren’t any surprise charges for sedation, lab work, or add-ons, so the total cost is straightforward from the start.

Pros

  • Permanent teeth in 24 hours
  • High-quality zirconia materials
  • Fully in-house dental lab
  • Flat-fee and all-inclusive pricing

Cons

  • Large upfront payment required
  • Not for severe bone loss cases

Customer Reviews

Very friendly and knowledgeable about the procedures

My husband came in for a consultation for full dental implants. Destiny at the front desk was super nice, very friendly and knowledgeable about the procedures we asked her about. She made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything she tried to accommodate us or let us know where to go. The other staff were so helpful in any way they could.( Dr. O ) was very nice in explaining things to my husband and myself. All together we had a very nice experience and the staff was wonderful.  See yall on surgery day.

The front desk was super kind

I came in with my aunt to get her consultation done, Andrea was very informative, helpful, and stylish lolll. The front desk was super kind and we would totally recommend checking them out if you’re looking to get permanent teeth! We Didn’t leave with any questions or concerns, they left no stone unturned!

Address: 504 Collins Park Dr. Suite 100

Contact: (615) 378-3180 / [email protected]

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Nashville Dentures & Implants isn’t your typical “one-and-done” dental setup; everything here is built around speed and restoration work from the ground up.

With an on-site dental lab and surgeons who’ve placed over 10,000 implants, the whole process feels more like a coordinated production line than a scattered clinic visit.

That level of repetition tends to translate into smoother surgeries and fewer surprises during treatment.

Their “Teeth in a Day” system is the standout feature. Using digital workflows, they can place immediate dentures right after extractions, so patients don’t spend time without teeth while healing.

Having multiple lab technicians on-site also helps keep adjustments quick and costs more controlled.

Where it falls short is in scope and flexibility. They don’t handle routine dental care like cleanings or fillings, and they only operate on weekdays, which can be inconvenient for some schedules.

Pros

  • Over 10,000 implants placed
  • Three on-site lab technicians
  • Advanced digital scanning tools
  • Immediate same-day solutions

Cons

  • No general dentistry services
  • Closed on weekends

Address: 1646 Westgate Cir. Ste 100 Brentwood

Contact: 615-813-2593 / 615-373-1056

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Same Day Smiles Nashville is built around a fast, all-in-one implant experience centered on its “Teeth-In-A-Day” guarantee.

Patients leave their first surgical visit with a fixed, functional smile, supported by a streamlined workflow that includes everything from CT scans to IV sedation under a flat-fee structure.

Their upfront pricing also helps reduce the uncertainty of add-on costs later.

Another helpful feature is their on-site lab, which allows real-time smile adjustments while you’re still in the chair.

The main limitation comes down to eligibility. Not everyone qualifies for the same-day process, especially patients with significant bone loss who may need preparatory procedures first, which can extend timelines.

They also don’t provide general dental services, so ongoing cleanings and routine care must be handled elsewhere.

Pros

  • Real teeth-in-a-day guarantee
  • Transparent flat-fee pricing
  • On-site smile design lab
  • Limited lifetime treatment pledge

Cons

  • Strict medical candidacy rules
  • No routine dental cleanings

So impressed with Dr West and staff for taking great of me.  Dr West explained everything about the implant process and performed the procedure so well.  I did not get anesthesia, and felt very comfortable.  I hope don’t need them, but I will definitely go back if I do.

5. My New Smile Dental

my-new-smile-dental

Website: https://www.mynewsmiledental.com/

Address: 4003 Charlotte Ave

Contact: 6152665000

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm; Friday 7:00am – 1:00pm

My New Smile Dental focuses on complex implant rehabilitation, which is particularly great for patients with severe bone loss who may not qualify for standard implants.

The clinic is led by Dr. Peyman Raissi, a dentist known for handling advanced full-mouth reconstruction cases. He offers solutions like Zygomatic and Pterygoid implants, which are typically used when traditional methods aren’t possible.

They also support same-day care with an on-site lab and a board-certified anesthesiologist, making treatment more manageable for patients with dental anxiety.

Each patient gets a dedicated care coordinator to guide them through consultations, surgery, and follow-up appointments, keeping the process more structured and personal.

Because it operates as a more boutique, specialist-led practice, appointment availability can be limited, and wait times for consultations may be longer compared to larger clinics.

Their focus is also very narrow, so patients will still need a separate general dentist for routine care.

Pros

  • Solutions for severe bone loss
  • Board-certified anesthesiologist
  • Over 5,000 implants placed
  • Dedicated personal care coordinator

Cons

  • Longer wait times for consults
  • Only does major restorations
