Driving around the city can wear down your tires fast. Between busy roads, sudden potholes, and wet Tennessee weather, it doesn’t take much for a small tire issue to turn into a bigger problem.
Whether you’re dealing with a flat on the interstate or a tire pressure light that keeps coming back, the right shop makes a difference.
So, you need a place that properly diagnoses the problem, explains your options clearly, and doesn’t push repairs you don’t need.
To help you out, I looked into local shops that offer strong tire brands, fair service, solid warranties, and quick turnaround times. Here are the tire shops in Nashville worth checking when you want to stay safe on the road!

1. Tire One Nashville

Website: https://www.tireonenashville.com/
Address: 5410 Nolensville Pike
Contact: (615) 465-8171
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
At Tire One Nashville, their road hazard protection plan covers full reimbursement for two years, which is helpful when you regularly drive on rough Nashville roads.
They handle TPMS systems and car batteries here. Their free diagnostic checks are particularly great, as they help you understand the issue before agreeing to a repair.
They use Hunter alignment equipment for more accurate balancing and alignment checks. That’s a nice advantage if your car pulls to one side, shakes at higher speeds, or feels uneven on the road.
Additionally, they have major brands like Michelin and Goodyear, giving you a practical range of options.
Just keep in mind that this is strictly a tire-and-battery shop. You’ll need another mechanic for oil changes, engine work, or broader auto repair.
Their single location on Nolensville Pike can also be inconvenient if you live in West Nashville.
If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would
If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! TOP NOTCH! 1st estimate I got for 2 struts replacement was 2k. I don’t know cars so g go to TireOne and they say they’ll replace ALL 4 with tire rods and master cylinder replaced or serviced and a lot of other things and got it ask for 1600!!! Than they 100% accommodated me staying REALLY late in an effort to bring it to completion.
Can’t say enough about these guys. Respectful and they know what they’re about.
I would recommend these guys to anyone and EVERYONE
THANK YOU TIREONE!

Took the time to ensure our vehicle was in perfect condition
Tire One not only went out of their way to squeeze us in last minute, but they took the time to ensure our vehicle was in perfect condition to drive cross country. They made every effort to double check the alignment twice, tightened up our steering and put the best set of tires/wheels ALL while giving us the best pricing in town. Thank you John and Tire One crew for a great experience!

2. Best One Mobile Tire LLC

Website: https://b1mobiletire.com/
Address: 635 Murfreesboro Pike
Contact: (615) 477 7777 / [email protected]
Hours: Available 24/7
A flat tire feels worse when it happens after dark, during bad weather, or somewhere you don’t want to wait around.
Best One Mobile Tire helps with that by sending a technician straight to your driveway or roadside, with a guaranteed arrival time of under 20 minutes.
Their vans carry stocked inventory, so many repairs can be finished on the spot instead of making you wait for a tow first. They also handle heavy-duty trucks and RVs, which many mobile tire services skip.
I actually used them last winter when my truck got a flat on a freezing night, and the technician swapped it out fast.
Of course, their mobile service still has limits. If you’re stuck on a steep hill, you may need to move the vehicle or call for a tow first. Also, severe storms can delay their arrival or make repairs more difficult.
Their mobile tire service was amazing
Their mobile tire service was amazing and came in under 30 minutes on I-440. There was a humongous pot hole that popped three people’s tires. The service was around $300. Great for tires in the Nashville Area on the side of the road.
Outstanding service
Outstanding service! They were very quick to respond with a brand new tire (15 minutes on a Friday night during rush hour). The representative was incredibly nice and very professional. Couldn’t be more happier given the situation (traveling from Georgia on the Interstate and the back tire caught a piece of metal). Highly recommend!!

3. Discount Tire

Website: https://www.discounttire.com/store/tn/nashville/s/1881
Address: 5832 Nolensville Pike
Contact: (615) 837-6818
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Discount Tire is a smart stop if you want to make sure you’re not overpaying for new tires. Their price match guarantee helps keep costs competitive, especially if another local shop offers the same tire for less.
They also make choosing tires easier with Treadwell, a data tool that suggests options based on your vehicle, driving habits, and local road conditions. That’s useful in Nashville, where rain, heat, and rough roads can wear tires down quickly.
After your purchase, you still get free air pressure checks and flat repairs for the life of the tire.
Service tends to move quickly, too, since the team focuses strictly on wheels instead of pushing extra mechanical work.
The main catch is that Discount Tire doesn’t handle wheel alignments. If a pothole throws your car out of line, you’ll need another mechanic.
Weekend waits can also stretch long, even with an appointment.
Their efficiency and expertise are truly exceptional
I trust Discount Tire for their product availability, competitive pricing, and reliable service. Their efficiency and expertise are truly exceptional, offering a great price, an informative website, extensive tire selection, and outstanding service. I highly recommend them.

4. Tire Discounters

Website: https://tirediscounters.com/pages/locations/midtown-tn
Address: 1931 Church Street
Contact: (629) 666-5333
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Buying four new tires usually means paying extra for an alignment right after. Tire Discounters takes some of that sting away by including a free four-wheel alignment with a standard set of four tires.
That perk can save you well over $100 upfront. It also helps your new tires wear more evenly, which matters if you often drive over potholes, uneven pavement, or rough Nashville roads.
The shop works as a full automotive center, too. Certified mechanics can check your brakes, change your oil, and handle other routine services during the same visit.
They even have specialists who work on electric vehicles and hybrids.
Convenience is another plus, since their valet service can pick up your car from work.
The catch is that the best freebies only apply when you buy four tires. If you only need one replacement, the pricing may feel less appealing.
Friendly, professional, and extremely helpful
We brought my father-in-law’s car to Tire Discounters after the tire suddenly lost pressure and we suspected a nail. Emanuel, the service writer, and Cox, the technician, were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, and had us in and out very quickly. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and they left a great impression on my father-in-law during his visit to Nashville. We truly appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and great customer care. Highly recommend!

5. Bass Tire Company, Inc.

Website: https://www.basstire.com/
Address: 3801 Nolensville Pike
Contact: (615) 333-9673 / [email protected]
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Some tire shops push whatever brand they’re told to sell that month. Bass Tire Company feels different because it operates as an independent local shop, so their team can recommend what actually fits your car and budget.
Each purchase comes with a useful support package, including free rotations every 5,000 miles.
Their website is transparent, too, with live inventory pricing that lets you compare options before visiting.
On top of that, financing is available with high approval rates, which helps if new tires are urgent.
The main downside is convenience. They’re closed on weekends and only have one location, so scheduling may be difficult for weekday workers.
Bass Tire is the BEST
Bass Tire is the BEST!!!
New tires, oil change, brake job, and more that I have trusted this business for years with all my vehicles.
All the Reps are friendly, helpful, and I trust them with the services the business provides.

Gave me a better rate
I’ve been a customer here since 2021, and they remind me of a local place from my hometown in West TN; Bass Tire was so great once again for several things I needed done (new spark plugs, hub cap, coolant flush, wipers), and they gave me a better rate then my car dealer had quoted me. Very thankful for their kindness, consistency, and their courier/drop off service. I’ll continue to go to them, and refer friends, too!
