1. Hard Rock Cafe

Address: 100 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37201
Contact: +1 615-742-9900; [email protected]
Hours: Sun – Thu: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM; Fri – Sat 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Stepping inside a buzzing museum filled with legendary music memorabilia is just part of the deal at Hard Rock Cafe. They occupy a massive building in the downtown Historic District, giving you an open-air terrace and a live concert venue right at your fingertips. I recently caught a band playing on their rooftop patio, and the energy was totally electric.
You can easily feed a big crowd here because their dining room holds almost 400 people. The kids’ menu saves the day with personal-sized pepperoni pizzas, while adults can order gourmet flatbreads.
Plus, getting 90 minutes of validated parking right on Broadway is a massive perk you rarely see.
However, they really fall short if you want a massive, traditional pie, since the adult menu strictly sticks to flatbreads. The loud, rowdy atmosphere also kills any chance of having a quiet dinner.

We both had the bone in Ribeye and it was really tasty. The seasoning has a Montreal like flavor.
For sides, we had macaroni & cheese, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The macaroni was very unique and we really enjoyed it as well. The other two sides were good but not quite as flavorful as the macaroni.
We also ordered a Margherita pizza as a starter. It was very enjoyable as well. This location is at the river end of Broadway and has valet parking in front of it which is very convenient.

The waiter was so nice I loved her and the mini fudge sundae was the best and the wings were delicious along with the potatoes👍💯 but I do not recommend the kids pizza because it looked and tastes like chips 😂but I loved this place and 100% would go back

2. Italian Pizza House

Website: https://italianpizzahousetn.com/
Address: 150 Donelson Pike, Nashville, TN, 37214, USA
Contact: +1 615-883-6169
Hours: Mon – Tue: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM; Wed: 10:00 AM – 10:01 PM; Thu: 10:03 AM – 10:02 PM; Fri – Sun: 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Authentic recipes and daily scratch-made dough give Italian Pizza House an edge over your standard delivery joints. They operate as a full-scale Italian restaurant, offering everything from hand-tossed artisanal crusts to incredible handmade pastas and subs. Every pie features fresh ingredients, and you can build your own customized stromboli if you want something different.
Their late-night hours are a lifesaver, staying open until midnight on the weekends to cure those midnight cravings. You can even finish your meal with traditional desserts like tiramisu and cannoli.
The main downside is their delivery service, which hits you with a minimum order requirement and extra fees. Their pre-set garden salads also lack the extreme customization you get with their pizza menu. You will definitely leave full, but picking your food up in person is the smartest move.

I had such a great experience at Italian Pizza House Bar. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and cozy. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away. The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, perfectly baked crust, and full of flavor in every bite. You can really taste the quality. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh. I also loved the relaxed vibe of the place. Tossing authentic New York-style dough from scratch every day makes Five Points Pizza East a massive local favorite. They run a dual-service setup where you can enjoy a full sit-down meal or just grab a quick slice from their separate walk-up counter.
I stopped by their slice window last week after a concert, and that aged, hand-tossed crust had the perfect chewy crunch.
They elevate their pies using whole milk mozzarella and fresh herbs, keeping the quality incredibly high. You can wash your slice down with a curated selection of local Nashville brews and high-gravity beers.
Just be prepared to wait if you bring a group, because they strictly refuse to take reservations. It’s entirely first-come, first-served for the dining room, which gets packed quickly.

Great New York style pizza at Five Points Pizza East. Thin, crispy crust. Wonderful, flavorful pizza sauce. Great cheese topping. Slightly spicy pepperoni. And if you like garlic butter knots, they are delicious too! Lots if garlic on the knots. We wanted a quick bite tonight and our waitress suggested the pizza slices, as she said them come out of the kitchen fast, and they did. Wonderful experience at Five Points!

Nothing was awful. I ordered garlic knots which were delicious, and a full meatball pizza. I could have done without the pizza tho haha.. tho the cheese was yummy. I ate 2 slices and gave the rest to my neighbors. They were thrilled. Next time I might get a plain cheese. Everything was ready in less than 15 mins even tho I was a walk-in. The staff was friendly/personable. The vibe is hipster ground-zero.

4. Slim & Husky’s Pizza Beeria (North Nashville)

Website: http://www.slimandhuskys.com/
Address: 911 Buchanan St, Nashville, TN 37208
Contact: (615) 902-3100; [email protected]
Hours: Mon – Thu: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Fri – Sat: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM; Sun: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Hip hop culture and artisan pizzas collide brilliantly at Slim & Husky’s Pizza Beeria in North Nashville. They size their custom pies as a 10-inch “Slim” or a 16-inch “Husky” to fit exactly how hungry you feel. You get to walk right down the line and build your own meal with over 25 fresh toppings and five house-made sauces.
Their signature finishing drizzles, like hot honey and jalapeño cilantro ranch, make the flavors explode on your tongue. They also pour excellent local craft beers, giving them an edge over many typical restaurants. Vegans have amazing choices here too, including plant-based pepperoni and cheese.
Sadly, their fast-casual model means you can’t reserve tables, making group seating tricky during lunch hours. They also rely on third-party drivers for delivery, which sometimes causes unpredictable arrival times.
Customer Reviews
I was a bit disappointed not to dine in, but after hearing great things, I ordered delivery, and it did not disappoint. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I’d definitely order again, though next time I plan to visit in person. Highly recommend!

This was the best pizza I have ever tasted. We are from Savannah GA, and hands down we can’t compare..The 2 young ladies where nice and got us out the way. The cinnamon buns knock your socks off and the lemon pepper wings flavor was 10/10. I would make that drive to eat here again.. 10 stats if I could give it.

5. Pizza Perfect (Hillsboro Village)

Website: http://pizzaperfectonline.com/
Address: 1602 21st Ave. S Nashville, TN 37212
Contact: (615) 329-2757
Hours: Mon – Thu: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM; Fri – Sat: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM; Sun: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Baking fresh, preservative-free dough in authentic gas-fired ovens is exactly why Pizza Perfect frequently wins top local awards. They masterfully cater to everyone by offering classic thin round crusts right alongside thick Sicilian rectangles. You can easily grab a fast, satisfying lunch thanks to their highly efficient slice counter.
They sit right near Vanderbilt, making them a super convenient dining hub for students and hospital staff. Their menu extends way beyond basic slices, offering amazing pastas and sub sandwiches on house-baked bread.
The downside is the massive lunch rush, which often causes frustratingly long lines and packed tables. They also refuse to take digital or phone inquiries for community sponsorships, requiring you to visit in person. If you can handle the crowds, the incredible scratch-made food easily justifies the wait.

Love this place! I work across the street and eat here at least twice a week. The people are great and food is addictive! Fav is the bacon cheeseburger pizza.2 big slices and a drink for $12 at lunch.

My son had an appointment at the childrens hospital, so we stopped here for dinner. It was good and very close to NYC style pizza. My son is 5 and he said it was the best pizza he ate 2 slices. I had a slice and calzone…both were yummy. The pizza slice was a good size but I wish the canzone was bigger. Total for 3 slices, 2 drinks, and a canzone was 26 bucks.
