The 5 Best Locations for Physiotherapy in Nashville

locations-for-physiotherapy-in-nashville
We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Specialization and Clinical Expertise: We looked at whether therapists hold advanced degrees and certifications relevant to the conditions they treat. A well-credentialed team means higher standards and better results.

One-on-One Care Quality: We assessed whether patients consistently see the same therapist and receive dedicated session time. Consistent care makes it easier to follow and adjust a treatment plan.

Range of Conditions Treated: We considered how broad or focused each clinic's scope of practice is. Generalists help everyday patients. Specialists tackle niche, complex conditions.

Accessibility and Scheduling: We factored in clinic hours, location, wait times, and whether telehealth or in-home options are available. These details matter when you are juggling work, family, or mobility limits.

Patient Feedback and Outcomes: We focused on consistent patterns in patient experiences, highlighting both the good and the bad. Real-world results tell a truer story than a clinic's marketing.

1. Integrated Rehab and Performance Center

integrated-rehab-and-performance-center

Website: https://integratedrpc.com/

Address: 5714 Edmondson Pike

Contact: (585) 478-4379 | [email protected]

Schedule:

  • Mon-Fri 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sat 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Standard physical therapy often stops once your pain disappears. Integrated Rehab and Performance Center focuses on what happens next.

Here, founder Dr. Nick Curtis guides patients through a clear, three-step progression: achieving quick pain relief, correcting the underlying root cause, and training for long-term performance.

To keep your recovery on track, Dr. Curtis leverages his advanced sports rehabilitation credentials to evaluate your progress and fine-tune your programming every single week.

Because the ultimate goal is physical excellence rather than just baseline comfort, the clinic naturally attracts a highly active crowd. Athletes like CrossFitters, runners, and lifters come here to fully return to their sports, rather than just getting through the day.

Since the center operates as a solo-provider practice, you always get to work directly with the founder. But this personalized attention means appointment slots fill up incredibly fast.

Pros

  • Combines rehabilitation with performance training
  • Adjusts programming weekly based on progress
  • Uses advanced screening to track progress objectively
  • Resolves complex cases that resisted standard care

Cons

  • Solo-provider model; limited availability
  • High-performance focus; not for general patients

Glad to say I can play golf again
Dr. Nic is great. Very insightful. His program is tailored to the individual.  I went through chiropractic care, decompression therapy, prp, stem cell, and physical therapy for 5 months and could still barely get out of bed in the morning.  Nic was my last hope to avoid surgery and I’m glad to say I can play golf again.

Now doing all the activities I love pain free
I had a shoulder injury from lifting weights and playing tennis. I felt like my only options were to either stop those activities altogether or inquire about a shoulder surgery.

Someone recommended Dr Nick to me, and I thought I would give it a try. After working with Dr. Nick for a couple months, I am now doing all the activities I love pain free. Dr. Nick is very knowledgeable, helpful and his method is effective. I would highly recommend Dr. Nick to anyone who is struggling with an injury.

  • Tues-Thurs 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Fri 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pelvic floor issues are often ignored simply because people don’t know where to go for help. Nashville Pelvic Health removes that guesswork by focusing on one thing and doing it exceptionally well.

Every therapist here has devoted their career specifically to pelvic health, holding Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degrees and advanced certifications.

This specialized expertise ensures you receive care from clinicians who understand the complexities of the pelvic region.

Beyond deep medical knowledge, the clinic also prioritizes an exceptional day-to-day patient experience. You always see the same therapist for your entire recovery, and every session runs a full 60 minutes with no rushing and no rotating staff.

However, their limited schedule could be tough for people with standard 9-to-5 jobs, but the focused care often makes the coordination worth it.

Pros

  • Specializes exclusively in pelvic floor rehabilitation
  • Staff hold doctoral degrees and advanced certifications
  • Guarantees full 60-minute, one-on-one sessions
  • Provides care for both men and women

Cons

Glad Nashville has a practice like this
Nashville Pelvic Health is doing such important work for our community. Their team is knowledgeable, approachable, and really passionate about educating people and normalizing conversations around pelvic health. You can tell they genuinely care and hold themselves to a high standard. So glad Nashville has a practice like this.

Would highly recommend!!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Anna as my practitioner for over 3 years. She is so kind, helpful, informative and gentle. I always felt comfortable with her and heard. I feel confident that I will continue on with positive pelvic health much in part to her knowledge and the exercises/stretches she helped me learn. Would highly recommend!!

3. Results Physiotherapy Nashville – West

results-physiotherapy-nashville-west

Website: https://www.resultspt.com/nashville-tennessee-west

Address: 6816 Charlotte Pike, Suite #103

Contact: (615) 356-0710

Schedule:

  • Mon-Thurs 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Fri 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Results Physiotherapy Nashville West ranks among the most accessible options in the city. Since it sits inside the Nashville West Shopping Center, you can easily stop in while running errands or after grabbing lunch nearby.

Once inside, the focus immediately shifts from convenience to active recovery. I love how this clinic prioritizes hands-on manual therapy rather than just relying on machines.

Every therapist even undergoes training to treat over 100 conditions with an intentional, physical approach. That physical approach translates directly into highly personal attention.

When I visited for a persistent injury, the clinician spent time reviewing my history before building a customized plan, so I’m confident that the care I received fits my specific needs exactly.

However, keep in mind that the high patient volume here means therapists occasionally manage multiple people at once. The quality remains exceptional, though.

Pros

  • Emphasizes expert manual therapy techniques
  • Offers specialized postpartum and virtual care
  • Features rapid same-day or next-day bookings
  • Convenient location near major shopping and dining

Cons

  • Shared attention due to high patient volume
  • Limited Friday afternoon availability

Customer Reviews

Highly recommend!
They are so fantastic at this location- I only worked with Jenna but based on my interactions with the other therapists during my sessions, they are all professional, caring, and great at their jobs. It’s a super positive and supportive environment which is a huge game changer in healthcare settings! Highly recommend!

A great experience

I just finished my last session at Results last week and it saddened me to know I’m not going back. Jenna has been wonderful in helping me get rid of my foot and neck pain. She is so knowledgeable, personable and truly cares about her patients. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and thank you Jenna & team for a great experience and for all your help!

4. Luna Physical Therapy

luna-physical-therapy

Website: https://getluna.com/nashville-physical-therapy

Areas Served: Nashville and Surrounding Areas

Contact: (866) 525-3175

Schedule: Daily 6:30 AM – 9:30 PM

Luna shifts the traditional model by bringing the clinic directly to your door. If you find yourself dreading Nashville traffic or managing limited mobility, this service is perfect!

On top of that, the therapists here are board-certified and have over a decade of clinical experience.

I appreciate that every session provides about 50 minutes of focused, one-on-one time with the same physical therapist throughout your entire treatment plan.

You also don’t need a referral to get started, and they accept major insurance plans, including Medicare.

Adding to the convenience is their daily operations with extended hours, which allow  a lot of scheduling flexibility.

It’s worth noting that this setup means that the therapists are limited to the equipment they can carry. Patients recovering from major joint surgeries might find the lack of heavy, specialized machinery a drawback for certain stages of rehabilitation.

Pros

  • Eliminates travel by providing in-home therapy
  • Offers daily sessions from early morning to late night
  • Requires no referral for initial appointments
  • Guaranteed one-on-one time with the same expert

Cons

  • Limited to portable equipment for home use
  • Lacks a centralized clinic for heavy machinery

Customer Reviews

Helped me to walk much farther than I thought possible
Having a competent and experienced physical come to my home, instead of going to a facility, is very useful and helpful. You don’t have to use up all your energy just to get to the place and go home again. That alone is very helpful. The therapist’s encouragement helped me to walk much farther than I thought possible.

Moving in the right direction to full recovery
Josiah from Luna was very experienced and helpful.  He made sure that I undetstood all of the exercises and how to do them correctly and well as how much to do at one time.   He was very professional and a joy to have copy 4 times to my home to insure that I was moving in the right direction to full recovery.   Appreciated his help and his friendly manner.

5. STAR Physical Therapy Nashville

star-physical-therapy-nashville

Website: https://starpt.com/clinic/star-physical-therapy-nashville-tn-south/

Address: 5431 Edmondson Pike, Suite 20

Contact: (615) 831-1710 | [email protected]

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

With nearly 30 years in business, STAR Physical Therapy provides over 20 specialty services, including sports medicine, vestibular therapy, hand therapy, and even a specialized golf performance program.

Because they treat everyone from children to seniors, they serve as a one-stop shop for families with different recovery needs. That commitment to making things easy for busy households extends straight to the front desk.

To save you from administrative headaches, the staff handles all insurance verification before your first visit. And once the paperwork is out of the way, the actual clinical experience is just as seamless.

While the care itself is undeniably top-notch, there is one minor logistical hurdle to keep in mind: the clinic is closed on weekends. So if your schedule only frees up on Saturdays, you may need to look at more flexible options.

But for those with standard weekday availability, the sheer variety of programs makes this a reliable choice for complex care.

Pros

  • Offers over 20 specialty services and programs
  • Treats all age groups from children to seniors
  • Verifies insurance before your first appointment
  • Features multiple locations across the Nashville area

Cons

  • No weekend availability
  • Standard hours may limit some schedules

What a great group of Physical Therapists!   Jarrod (both Jarrod’s) and Savannah were instrumental in getting me back up and around after my hip replacement – in record time!   My surgeon gave me an A+ on my 6 week release appointment.  Highly recommend!!
