I recently went for a 50 min Swedish massage and was impressed at how attentive the staff was, the welcoming glass of champagne and of course the massage. Rachel and A (don’t want to misspell her name) were amazing!

2. GreenHouse Luxury Spa

Website: https://www.greenhouseluxuryspa.com/
Address: 212 Louise Ave
Contact: (615) 873-4060
Hours: Mon – Sat: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Focusing on medical-grade treatments rather than simple pampering, GreenHouse Luxury Spa brings advanced aesthetic procedures to the heart of The Gulch.
Their menu centers on clinically backed solutions, using premium skincare products and technologies like BroadBand Light (BBL) Hero to target specific skin concerns. It is an ideal destination for those seeking tangible improvements in their skin health.
During my visit for a specialized medical facial, the esthetician’s expertise immediately put me at ease.
Beyond skin treatments, the clinic also offers wellness options such as IV therapy and vitamin shots to boost energy.
Its location also makes it easy to combine a session with high-end shopping or lunch in the surrounding neighborhood.
The main trade-offs are style and convenience. If you’re looking for an old-school spa experience with mud wraps and soft candlelight, the menu may feel limited.

I did the soak which was lovely. Got a chance to loosen up the muscles a bit before the massage. Isiah did a fantastic job and had a good amount of pressure without being too much. Everything felt amazing and I left feeling like I was loose and refreshed. I do get massages at least once a month and I’m from California. This was my first time to Nashville and would definitely book this place again if I ever came back.

WOW! I got the half day experience and it was so worth it! The salt room was so relaxing, the massage pressure was perfect (Isaiah), the esthetician was knowledgeable and so friendly (Ellery), and the front desk manager was so kind and helpful (Conner). He also makes a wonderful snack tray! I wish I was based in the Nashville area so I could be a more frequent visitor ❤️

With twelve private treatment rooms, the space feels expansive while still allowing for personal attention across a range of holistic and clinical beauty services.
It also features a dedicated Himalayan salt relaxation room that sets the tone for a deeply calming experience.
The atmosphere feels incredibly personalized, offering a genuine sense of care that large national franchises often lack. You can enjoy everything from medical-grade skincare to light-based energy balancing therapies, all under one roof.
It’s just a bit inconvenient that full-day packages still require a phone reservation rather than online scheduling.
It’s also worth noting that they maintain strict cancellation policies that may incur fees if plans change unexpectedly.

I had my first prenatal massage here with Nico and have nothing but positive things to say. He had a wonderfully warm and calming presence from the start, he was very mindful about my goals for the session and my comfort level throughout. This is a gorgeous facility and I’m very grateful for the top tier quality of their staff. Thank you so very much Nico! Looking forward to coming back.

Just expect the rates to be higher than standard spas. Those looking for a quick, budget-friendly appointment may need to explore other options.

I had an absolutely stellar facial with Mel!
As a fellow esthetician who doesn’t take much time to take care of herself, she went above and beyond making me feel relaxed and taken care of! You can feel the years of experience in ever touch and reccomendation! could not recommend her more!!

I’ve been coming here 10 years, and escape has never disappointed. I do get massages at other locations but always enjoy the splurge of going to escape for the atmosphere. I’ve had Wes as my masseuse twice now and he’s hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Perfect amount of deep tissue while also being relaxing. I’ll probably go to my less expensive salons less to go visit escape on the regular.

The downtown location makes it convenient for anyone navigating the surrounding busy districts.
Organic luxury comes at a premium, though. There’s also a mandatory service charge that’s automatically added to all bills.
During peak hours, some of the shared heat therapy areas can feel a bit crowded, so timing your visit can help ensure a more relaxed experience.

Recently had a hot stone massage with Juan. All the staff were amazing! I left feeling so relaxed. Plan to spend plenty of time relaxing before AND after your treatment. There is a sauna and steam room available for use you to use too!
- Elise King | Google Review
Wonderful, and relaxing experience. The showers and relaxation room were both beautiful and well stocked. My 80min B Strong massage with Juan was exactly what I needed after a long day of exploring Nashville and I highly recommend booking with him. The cost is high, but well worth it for the level of service and the atmosphere of the spa.
