I boarded my 2 male cats for a month in January-February 2024. This was 1st time ever boarding them anywhere so I was worried about their reactions to being in strange place with strangers 😕 Staff is super friendly & caring group!!! They took notes on the boys normal routine at home. They even helped push my Jeep stuck in snow out of parking lot!!! I was able to call for updates & my boys seemed to have enjoyed their time there 🙂 Definitely will use them again if the need ever arises!!!

Absolutely recommend!!
Recommended by my mother’s vet, we boarded her two cats at PRA while we moved her to assisted living. We had planned to keep them there three nights, but had her settled much earlier than planned. After one night, we asked if we could kidnap them early and surprise Mom (she was missing them terribly) without penalty and they obliged without any hesitation. Great people and a great place
I travel often with my pets, and it can truly be a task in finding a great place to board them that is comfortable for them, provides great care and attention, grooms them if they need it, and has optimal pricing and hours of availability Sunday through Saturday. Pet Resorts of America provided that service for me and my pets while on travel to Nashville, and I appreciate it. I was even able to not skip a beat and have their medicine administered.

A retired veterinary assistant runs the place, so you get solid medical oversight naturally built into the stay. Their setup caters easily to your cat’s usual routine, right down to their specific feeding and medication times.
I was just chatting with a neighbor who uses them, and she mentioned how easily they handle giving out daily pills. This spot works especially well for shy cats who might panic in a larger space.
Because it’s a smaller, home-based operation, they keep available capacity pretty tight. You’ll really have to book far in advance if you’re traveling during peak seasons.

Our baby is in good hands

My family and I have been visiting Belle Meade Animal Hospital for almost 20 years and have had only positive experiences. Even when losing a family pet the staff will cry with you and be there the entire time. Even 7 years after his passing, they still remember Chance and our family. These people really care about what they do and work from an amazing facility. You won’t find a more loving place to bring your pet!!
