At The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection, you step into a preserved 1900 railway station that instantly transports you to a different era. The hotel features stunning Romanesque Revival architecture, complete with a breathtaking 65-foot stained-glass ceiling in the grand lobby.
During my own weekend stay here last fall, I found the blend of vintage rail travel themes and modern luxury incredibly refreshing.
The location is highly walkable, sitting just minutes from the main downtown attractions while remaining quiet enough for a restful evening.
However, a noticeable downside is the occasional slip in housekeeping quality, as my room had a few dusty corners upon arrival. Despite this, the live music in the lobby and locally inspired dining concepts make it a memorable retreat.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive to our requests. The only thing they can improve on is the housekeeping. It didn’t seem as though it was a priority. Other than that, there is nowhere else I would stay in Nashville.

Families needing a serious break will appreciate an all-in-one destination situated right on the water. Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort combines relaxing lakefront cabins with a massive waterpark and aerial ropes courses. This property sits on 385 wooded acres beside Percy Priest Lake, giving you a true nature escape just ten miles from the city center.
You can spend your morning zooming down water slides and your afternoon renting a pontoon boat at the marina.
The major drawback is the overall expense, as admission to the extra attractions and on-site food can quickly drive up the cost of your trip. You also have to contend with heavy crowds during the peak summer months.
We will stay there again next time in town.

Finding a spacious place to relax right in the middle of the entertainment district can be tough. Hilton Nashville Downtown solves this by offering all-suite accommodations directly next to Bridgestone Arena. Having a separate living and sleeping area gives you plenty of room to stretch out after exploring the nearby Country Music Hall of Fame.
The property features an elegant open atrium along with multiple restaurants, including an upscale steakhouse.
One downside to consider is the perceived lack of value, as the high nightly rates don’t always reflect the slightly dated room conditions. Still, the unbeatable walkability and lively social atmosphere keep it highly appealing for quick getaways.

I’m leaving extremely happy; I give it a 10 out of 10. Everything was very clean and modern, the sofa bed and the second TV were very spacious, it has an incredible space, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh, the fruit and omelets were excellent. And the service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, from the valet parking attendants onwards. I hadn’t found another place like this since the pandemic.

Overall great stay for Nashville
Great location right by music center, arena, convention center and the main downtown strip. Rooms were spacious and suite style, compared to other typical downtown hotels plenty of room. Large lobby and bar/restaurant as well as a coffee shop great for a quick bite or drink. Their onsite restaurant was also standalone great on their own. Overall great stay for Nashville

When I booked a weekend escape here, I was immediately drawn to the museum-like portrait gallery and the convenient artisan retail shop downstairs.
The property offers fantastic social spaces, including a popular rooftop bar and several dining venues.
On the downside, the room sizes and layouts are quite inconsistent, leaving some folks feeling cramped. You might also encounter noticeable street noise if you’re assigned a lower-floor room, but the vibrant atmosphere makes up for it.

hotel room was clean
I stayed here two nights visiting a friend for her 40th birthday. The hotel room was clean and I loved the historic building. Staff was friendly and I asked for a quiet room at check in since I wanted to sleep and didn’t want to hear Printer’s Alley late at night! The standard room was a bit small, I wished I splurged on a suite but it was fine for the weekend. Valet and the front desk was always so friendly and nice. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great night at this hotel. We ate dinner in the restaurant Thursday, December 11, 2025. The food was excellent. Our server Matt was helpful, kind, efficient and charming. He helped us through the menu and then introduced us to the bartenders Patrick and Steven where we had nightcaps and closed down the bar. They were knowledgeable about the whiskeys. We chatted with them and the rest of the guests at the bar. Those theee made the evening memorable. Thank you
