We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Convenience and Accessibility: We prioritized clinics that offer walk-in options and flexible hours for busy professionals. Locations that eliminate the need for long wait times or complex scheduling processes ranked higher.

Pricing Transparency: Clear out-of-pocket costs are crucial for uninsured patients and budget-conscious individuals. We looked for labs that provide straightforward pricing without hidden fees or insurance complications.

Testing Variety: A good facility should offer everything from a basic Complete Blood Count (CBC) to more specialized diagnostic panels. We favored locations that act as comprehensive hubs for various medical and occupational screening needs.

Turnaround Time: Getting rapid answers helps alleviate anxiety and speeds up necessary medical treatments. Facilities that consistently deliver accurate results within a 24 to 72-hour window received preference in our evaluation.

Keeping tabs on your health doesn’t have to be a stressful experience. Monitoring ongoing conditions or staying proactive as a busy professional is easier than ever, and getting the best blood tests in Nashville can often fit seamlessly into your routine.

Many local clinics now offer quick walk-in services designed to accommodate packed schedules without added hassle.

With so many options available, it can still be difficult to know which clinics offer the right balance of speed, comfort, and reliability.

To make that choice easier, we’ve highlighted top local providers that make routine lab work more accessible and straightforward. Check them out below!

One of our researchers stopped by their clinic recently to check her cholesterol levels and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they handled her walk-in request.

On top of that, the staff is generally friendly, and the actual blood draw is usually painless and fast.

They also offer an extensive menu of tests ranging from basic wellness panels to specialized DNA screenings. Results are typically delivered within a few days, keeping you informed without unnecessary delays.

However, a few patients have noted occasional inconsistencies with turnaround times depending on the specific test ordered. Service quality might also vary slightly during peak hours, leading to minor delays in getting your blood drawn.

Pros

  • No doctor referral required
  • Fast testing and quick results
  • Walk-in availability
  • Transparent out-of-pocket pricing

Cons

  • Occasional delayed test results
  • Inconsistent service during peak hours

Made the visit comfortable

Angela helped me today and I’m so grateful for her. Not only was she gentle with the blood draw and walked me through the process but she made me feel relaxed with conversation, questions, and just her overall kindness. I’m really glad I came to Any Lab Test Now. I was nervous but Angela made the visit comfortable. I’ll be sure to come back just for her!!!

Easy to get through my blood draw

Ashley was my technician this morning. It was near painless which I like. The clinic was quiet and made it very easy to get through my blood draw. She was very efficient in answering my questions and making sure that I knew when the results would come back. I would highly recommend any lab test now.

They operate as a convenient, full-service hub that covers everything from routine blood screenings to Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance exams, making them especially useful for workplace testing.

Their secure process is built for speed, with many negative screening results available in less than 24 hours.

Scheduling is also straightforward. You can request tests online and get authorization before you arrive, which helps reduce waiting time onsite.

They also offer specialized services like prenatal DNA testing and legally admissible diagnostics, all backed by strict chain-of-custody procedures that help ensure accuracy and credibility.

  • Streamlined online ordering process
  • Serves both individuals and businesses
  • Affordable alternative to hospital labs

Cons

  • Limited focus on general medical blood panels
  • Appointments often required for specialized tests

honest and fair

I was in and out of there quickly. The lady who drew my blood was super friendly. Got my results fast! They send the bloodwork out to another laboratory. I got mistakenly got billed for it instead of ReliaLab (long story, and NOT ReliaLabs fault). I eventually just paid it. When the owner of ReliaLab found out what had happened, he gladly wrote me a check for the amount! He also changed labs so this wouldn’t happen to anyone again. So, not only are they fast and reliable, they are honest and fair, a rare quality in today’s world! I will always choose ReliaLab if given a choice.

Access to a large clinical network can make a big difference in reliable test results, and Labcorp stands out for combining routine lab work with advanced diagnostic capabilities.

They process an immense volume of medical data daily, resulting in highly accurate, science-driven reporting for your personal physician.

A family member recently visited this location and mentioned how convenient the digital portal was for checking results. Being able to browse available tests online ahead of time also makes the process feel more straightforward.

Their strong connections with local healthcare providers also help ensure that results are shared quickly with primary care doctors, keeping follow-up care moving smoothly.

The main drawback is the wait time. Because they serve a many patients, delays can occur. Some people reported waiting over an hour despite having scheduled appointments. Planning extra time into your visit can help reduce frustration.

Pros

  • Multiple locations for high accessibility
  • Broad range of specialty diagnostic panels
  • Integrated patient digital portal
  • Strong connections with local providers

Cons

  • Frequent long wait times
  • Appointment times are not always honored

They were all accommodating

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. I scheduled an appointment and was in and out in 15 minutes. The man that drew my blood was so kind and, coming from someone who is terrified of needles, he made me feel safe. They were all accommodating. I saw several walk-ins that were also pushed through with ease.

Made this experience so refreshing

I went in for routine biometric screening for my insurance company. I made an appointment ahead of time, which made the process go quickly! We showed up, checked in, and were seen within 5 minutes. Andrea was amazing!!! She made this experience so refreshing. Thank you for amazing service and conversation during the blood work!

Address: 719 Thompson Lane, Suite 23108

Contact: (615) 322-5000

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

Vanderbilt Laboratory Services Central One Hundred Oaks is fully integrated into a major healthcare system. This helps keep follow-up care coordinated and efficient, as results are automatically shared with both specialists and primary care doctors.

The staff consists of highly trained phlebotomists who specialize in drawing blood safely and comfortably for patients of all ages.

Behind the scenes, their large diagnostic core lab handles everything from routine wellness testing to more complex immunopathology panels.

Results are then made available quickly through a secure online portal, making it easy to track your health data in one place.

The main limitation is access. A provider order is required before any testing can be done, so walk-in requests are not allowed.

Even with appointments, the first-come, first-served system can sometimes lead to longer waits during busy morning hours.

Pros

  • Highly trained clinical staff
  • Fast access to results via patient portal
  • Accredited hospital-grade quality
  • Seamless integration with medical specialists

Cons

  • Mandatory provider lab order required
  • Potential delays due to walk-in model

A wonderful experience

I had a wonderful experience with the lab today, from reception to my blood tests.  A special shout out to Victoria as she was the lucky (not) one who was to perform my blood tests.  I am a very difficult stick and I had to have 14 tubes of blood.  She was very patient and she was successful in getting all 14 tubes. Blood draws aren’t exactly fun, however Victoria made it a wonderful experience.

She really knows what she is doing.

I really appreciate the 2 ladies who did so well with collecting blood  for my yearly exam. My veins are hard to find, and Gloria (Glo) patiently searched and with only one stick nailed it. She really knows what she is doing. Thank you Gloria.

Combining a routine pharmacy run with lab work feels like one of those small conveniences that make managing health noticeably easier.

Labcorp at Walgreens brings that idea to life by placing a diagnostic collection site inside a neighborhood retail store, which makes the whole process feel more accessible and less clinical.

You benefit from the massive testing infrastructure of a national laboratory while enjoying the familiar environment of your local pharmacy.

From what we noticed, the flexibility is a real advantage. You can either book ahead or just walk in when your schedule allows, which makes it easier to fit into a busy day.

The collection area itself feels private and well-organized, which helps take the edge off what is usually an uncomfortable errand.

The extended store hours are also convenient.

That said, the experience can feel inconsistent at times. Staffing limitations sometimes lead to longer waits, and service quality may vary depending on how busy the store is.

Pros

  • Convenient retail pharmacy locations
  • Extended operating hours
  • Walk-in availability with online booking
  • Backed by a national diagnostic network

Cons

  • Extended wait periods are common
  • Inconsistent customer service experiences

Amazing personality and spirit for her patients

Shonte is INCREDIBLE. I was nervous getting my blood drawn and she was so professional and quick. She has an amazing personality and spirit for her patients and she is in there doing everything by herself every single day. I’ve had my blood drawn many times in my life and Shonte was hands down the best person I’ve had doing it. She made me feel comfortable, she knew exactly what she was doing, and she made the experience enjoyable.

Kind and EXCELLENT

Shonte is the BEST. She is so overworked but she is kind and EXCELLENT at her job. She needs a raise and more help. I won’t go anywhere else for my blood work. She is the only one who has never screwed it up.
