We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Value for Money: We examined what each guest actually gets for their cash. We looked closely at free perks, room sizes, and hidden fees to ensure a fair deal.

Location and Access: A great spot puts you exactly where you want to be. We verified how close these places are to major attractions and lively neighborhoods.

Amenities and Comfort: You deserve a comfortable place to crash after a long day of exploring. We checked the quality of the beds, pool access, and dining options available.

Address: 4001 Bell Rd, Hermitage

Contact: (615) 889-7050 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort is a great spot that brings together a huge water park, a treetop adventure course, and a marina. They have the only private cabins right on the shores of Percy Priest Lake.

I stayed in one last summer, and waking up to those water views really made the trip special. Since your stay includes free or cheap water park tickets, it’s a great value for families.

You get a fun stay and play vibe with paddleboarding and zip lining just steps away. If you need a break from the heat, you can always drive into town for some bowling.

Just keep in mind that you have to pay the full amount upfront, and they don’t offer refunds for late cancellations. Also, the cabins close for the winter.

Pros

  • Bundled water park access
  • Full kitchens in cabins
  • On-site private beach
  • Large cabin layouts

Cons

  • Strict full-payment policy
  • Closed during the winter months

Customer Reviews

They were friendly and very accommodating
We really enjoyed our time at Bashville shores. They were friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The other campers were quiet yet friendly and even were helpful. We will stay there again next time in town.

The lake views are beautiful
Small but very nice. The RV park is a little tight for larger RVs but easy to navigate and very well maintained. The lake views are beautiful. I only had a brief stay so I can’t comment on the water park but we will be back to explore that.

Address: 1810 Broadway

Hours: Available 24/7

Hotel Fraye has a really unique and local feel that helps it stand out from your typical cookie-cutter hotel chain. It’s located right in the middle of the energetic Midtown area near Vanderbilt University, so you’re always close to the action.

One of the best parts is the rooftop lounge called Eddie Ate Dynamite. You can enjoy amazing skyline views with a cocktail in hand.

If you get hungry, the Gentry 7th restaurant downstairs offers delicious meals in a cool space. You really don’t even have to leave the building for a fun night out.

Just be aware that valet parking costs a steep fifty-five dollars a day. There’s also a hundred-dollar fee for dogs.

Pros

  • Exclusive rooftop pool
  • Hilton Honors point integration
  • Multiple on-site dining options

Cons

  • Expensive valet-only parking
  • High non-refundable pet fee

Customer Reviews:

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel
This was my first time visiting Nashville, and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was great and very comfortable. The restaurant was also great with good food and a nice atmosphere. I want to give a special thank you to Josh at the front desk. He was always very kind and helpful and made my stay even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was super helpful
My bar for hotels is admittedly low, but if I can have a truly blacked out room, not hear a peep from adjoining rooms, and have a comfy bed? Yes please! Staff was super helpful, as well. Good to know it’s dog friendly for future visits!

3. Waymore’s Guest House

Address: 811 Main St, 5th Floor

Contact: (615) 650-9075 | [email protected]

Hours: Available 24/7

Waymore’s Guest House really leans into a cool outlaw country theme inspired by Waylon Jennings. The space feels like a huge East Nashville living room where locals and travelers can hang out together.

I stopped by for coffee recently and met a touring band that loved staying in the specialized bunk rooms. These unique layouts are perfect for large groups of friends or performers traveling together.

On top of that, they have a pet-forward philosophy and truly welcome animals with open arms.

You can also grab a bite at the on-site cafe to stay fueled up. But note that the rooftop bar doesn’t take reservations. You might have to wait for a seat to open up if you want to enjoy a drink with a view.

Pros

  • Shared bunk rooms for groups
  • On-site all-day cafe
  • Dedicated pet-forward rooms
  • Direct rooftop skyline views

Cons

  • No rooftop reservations

Customer Reviews:

Outstanding stay from start to finish
Outstanding stay from start to finish. Ari provided exceptional concierge and bar service, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms are modern, clean, and finished with high-quality materials, offering both comfort and quiet. The coffee bar and breakfast were excellent with great options and coffee. Gym 5 is an excellent facility, clean, and made it easy to keep up with training while traveling. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend.

Great experience at this hotel
Great experience at this hotel during a difficult time with or recent ice storm/power outages here in Nashville.  Staff super friendly and accommodating for pets.  The rooms were comfortable and well kept.  Really nothing but positive things to say and having access to gym 5 just a short walk away was a top flight amenity.  I know that the storm also affected staff at the hotel so that they were able to take care of their guests so well at the same time is very impressive.

4. Urban Cowboy Nashville

Website: http://urbancowboy.com/

Address: 1603 Woodland St

Contact: (347) 840-0525 | [email protected]

Urban Cowboy is located in a beautiful historic Victorian mansion in East Nashville. They only have eight distinct suites, which guarantee a very intimate and exclusive feeling for your stay.

Almost every room comes with a stunning copper clawfoot tub that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s the perfect place to crash in luxury after a fun night out at the local karaoke bars

The resort is built around a public house concept, so they really encourage guests to arrive as strangers and leave as friends.

However, you should definitely book your room months in advance because they sell out so quickly. Also, try to pack light if you stay in the Tower suite. The narrow and winding staircases can make carrying heavy luggage feel like a serious workout.

Pros

  • Luxury in-room amenities
  • On-site Parlor Bar
  • Unique suite layouts
  • Artistic neighborhood location

Cons

  • Extremely limited availability
  • Steep stairs in specialty suites

Customer Reviews:

Everything was perfect
From the ultra friendly welcome to the coziness of the room everything was perfect.  Always nice to have a nice cocktail and something to nosh on without leaving the property very cool and relaxing vibe.  Will return again

Fun for date night or a ladies lunch
A fun boutique hotel in the heart of East Nashville. It’s rustic with a touch of Victorian.  A woodfire pizza truck serves pizzas, a custom drink menu and indoor or outdoor seating.  Fun for date night or a ladies lunch!

Address: 201 Music City Cir

Contact: (615) 902-9940 | 1(800) 780-7234

Hours: Available 24/7

Best Western gives you plenty of space by offering suite-style rooms with separate living areas. Since you’re only minutes away from the Grand Ole Opry, it’s a great home base for country music lovers.

Every room comes with a kitchenette that includes a microwave and a refrigerator. They also offer a free hot breakfast and complimentary parking, which adds a lot of value to your visit.

If you’re staying for several days, you’ll appreciate the fitness center and the laundry facilities.

Just be aware that you can’t bring your pets here because of their strict policy. Plus, the outdoor pool is closed during the winter months.

Even with those rules, the extra space and perks make it a very smart choice for travelers.

Pros

  • Completely free parking
  • In-room kitchenettes
  • Complimentary hot breakfast
  • Sofa beds for large groups

Cons

  • Strict no-pets policy
  • Seasonal pool closures

Customer Reviews:

The staff were all very nice
We stayed for one night because it was close to Grand Ole Opry. It was one of the cheaper ones. Since we were only there long enough to sleep we went with it. The hotel is pretty clean. The staff were all very nice. Renee is amazing. She was a bright light that made my morning. She was smiling and greeting every guest. She kept the breakfast area stocked and very clean. The world needs more people like her. I hope her company appreciates her. I would recommend this hotel.

Inside was very clean
We spent the night here and went downtown to Broadway to listen to some music.

We were greeted by a friendly young lady upon checking in and had very clean large rooms on the 4th floor. Plenty of parking and inside was very clean
