Our first impression was that their trucks were spotless and well-maintained, and upon deeper digging, we discovered that they offered different types. For instance, they provide a model of heavy-duty towing and a separate one for specialised transport.
We reached out to their customer service, and were impressed to get an answer right away. The representative patiently explained their pricing to us, and although we found it a bit pricey to our liking, we appreciated the friendliness and transparency.
Also, we interviewed previous clients, and they told us how prompt their tow truck was. A handful of them said to us that they were able to get to their location in under 60 minutes, even after business hours.

We wanted to include Hook Em’ Up Towing because of its complete selection of services. For starters, they offer solutions for different roadside troubles like being locked out, dead batteries, flat tyres, etc.
Their towing services are also worth highlighting, as they can cater to all types of vehicles thanks to their myriad heavy-duty trucks.
Some of our respondents were also subjected to accidents that caused them to be stuck, and Hook Em’ Up saved them using their sturdy and premium winches.
It’s also impressive how quickly they were able to reach the vehicles, even when the callers were in deep mud, hiking trails, etc.
We also appreciate how fast their customer service line is, being able to answer the phone within a couple of rings. Their representatives also possess great communication skills, as they’re able to send the right type of dispatch through a series of questions.
The only downside with this company is that they don’t tend to say additional costs upfront, leading to clients being surprised by hidden charges.

We were impressed by West Nashville’s vast array of trucks, each geared for different uses. For instance, they’re known for their heavy-duty towing services, which are great for RVs and other large-scale hauls.
We also reached out to clients who got their vehicles towed after a breakdown, and they told us how pleased they were with the truck that was sent. They told us it was in great condition, and the driver himself was helpful in both loading and unloading the vehicle.
Speaking of, we also heard from our respondents who hitched a ride back to the garage that West Nashville’s drivers are fun to be with, often striking up conversations and jokes. They’re also knowledgeable about Nashville’s routes, allowing them to reach their clients quickly.
At the same time, however, we’ve heard complaints from other customers that their cars were damaged during the towing process. In all fairness, they did say that the company was accountable and paid for the necessary repairs.

Rescue Professionals Towing was one of our first choices because of their 25+ years of experience in the field. Furthermore, they’ve built a positive reputation over their tenure, with previous clients stating how reliable their towing and roadside assistance services are.
One of the common consensuses during our interviews was the company’s responsive phone line. They stated how they immediately got an answer, and the representative immediately sent a dispatch to their location.
However, while other customers stated that a truck got to their location in 60 minutes or less, some complained that they had 30 to 45-minute delays. Still, those who had delays weren’t too angry, as the drivers took accountability and still provided helpful and compassionate service.

All Out Towing piqued our interest because of its specialised services for different types of hauls. For instance, they offer separate towing for exotic, luxury, and antique vehicles that wouldn’t typically fare well with standard tow truck services.
We spoke with previous clients who availed of these specialised services, and they shared how meticulous their drivers were in loading/unloading and transporting their cars. However, they did say that they wish that the fees were cheaper.
The company is more known for its 24/7 emergency towing and rescue services. From our interviews, their call operators are extremely responsive, and the drivers are quick to arrive at the customers’ locations.
We also had respondents who got locked out of their cars in the middle of the night, and they shared their appreciation for their drivers’ timeliness and positive attitude.
Lastly, we were pleased to discover that All Out Towing also offers jump-start services, which eliminates the need to tow cars to the nearest repair shop when the damage is minor.
