The place also offers accessibility features, including elevators and storage units that offer drive-up storage for easy unloading processes. Safety-wise, we’re glad that they’re up to standards, offering 24/7 surveillance and exclusive gate codes for unit lessees.
During our interviews, we also discovered that Public Storage offers excellent customer service. Clients highlighted how they were patiently assisted by a representative from the initial reservation to the moving day itself, where they even helped in unloading boxes.
We also like how accessible their operating hours are. However, we do wish that they would offer 24/7 access for those who need it.

Go Store It was recommended to us because of its streamlined process. Previous clients shared how easy it was to reserve a unit through their official website, and how helpful it was to have the first month’s rent for free when booking online.
We also like how Go Store It offers packing essentials, including different types of boxes, packing tapes, bubble wraps, etc.
The variety of storage spaces here is impressive as well, offering different sizes that can cater to both residential and business purposes. Each room is well-maintained, and even though climate control is limited only to some rooms, we appreciated how well they were maintained.
Security measures are on par with others as well, offering CCTVs and constant rounds from staff members. Plus, the units can only be accessed via an electronic keypad.
Go Store It is also one of the accessible options in Nashville because of its prime Downtown location. However, we wish that they’d have more branches across the city.

CubeSmart piqued our interest because of its convenient tie-in app. Customers shared their appreciation for it for making tasks like monthly payments and changing passwords a breeze.
Speaking, we were also pleased to discover that every room CubeSmart offers is secured with a unique code. Furthermore, the premises, from the hallways down to the units themselves, are recorded 24/7 via HD cameras.
We also liked CubeSmart for its complete selection of storage solutions. Some of our interviewees availed of self-storage while others opted for business storage, and all of them highlighted how neat and well-maintained these spaces were.
Features-wise, we liked how some rooms offered climate control while others were located right next to an elevator. Furthermore, it’s easy to load and unload, thanks to the free-to-use trolleys.
Another major factor why we included this place is that they offer slashed rates regularly throughout the year, especially during holidays. However, we were a bit dismayed when we discovered how high their rental prices increase regularly.

We wanted to include US Storage Centres because of its reasonable prices. Aside from its affordability, clients also appreciate that the rate increases aren’t drastic compared to other choices.
US Storage Centres also has top-notch customer service. For instance, they’re extremely responsive on their channels, and they’re always open to lending a hand, whether it be lifting, resetting passwords, etc.
Our favourite thing about this space, however, is its accessibility features, with its drive-in storage option being one of the prime examples. They offer more than ample parking, moving carts, and spacious elevators.
Clients also shared how at ease they were after leaving their stuff here because of the electronic locks and 24-hour video recordings.
They also offer complete storage solutions, and after an ocular, we’re pleased to say that they’re well-maintained. We also like that they offer specialised rooms for wine storage.
Our only gripe is their slightly inconvenient location, as they’re a bit far from the city centre.
