Nashville might be famous for hot chicken and country tunes, but our noodle scene is quietly boiling over.
If you’re hunting for the best ramen in Nashville, you’re in for a savory, sensory-rich treat. We have slurp-worthy spots popping up all over town, satisfying everyone from broke college students to culinary tourists.
After hitting up almost every popular restaurant in the city, I realized nothing warms the soul quite like a deeply simmered tonkotsu broth.
Forget wrapping up your night at a generic cake shop; grabbing a late-night bowl of noodles is the true local move. Let’s dive into my top noodle joints.

1. Kyuramen – Nashville

Address: 820 4th Ave N #135

Hours: Monday-Thursday 11 AM–10 PM, Friday-Saturday 11 AM–10:30 PM, Sunday 11 AM–10 PM
Walking into Kyuramen feels like stepping right into a vibrant, modern Japanese eatery. This location perfectly bridges the gap between fast-casual convenience and elevated dining.
Their authentic recipes are carefully developed by actual ramen masters. You’ll find deeply flavorful broths that simmer for around eighteen hours to achieve maximum richness.
I had the chance to slurp down their signature tonkotsu here last month, and the depth of flavor in that pork broth was seriously comforting. They also serve an innovative Yin-Yang Bowl, allowing you to sample two distinct flavors side-by-side.
Ambience-wise, I think the immersive dining concept is brilliant, offering everything from cozy honeycomb booths to an indoor wish tree that makes the space incredibly social.
You’ll want to pack your patience if you visit during peak dinner rushes, though. Service can get quite sluggish when the dining room is packed.
An incredible experience
PRO TIP: plan ahead to get on the waitlist during primetime dinner hours. Honeycomb booths look very cool, but private dining rooms for smaller groups work nicely. Ramen bowls, taste amazing, and either Matcha dessert rides a great way to finish an incredible experience.

My server was great!
Enjoyed my meal! Love that they have combos that include ramen, an appetizer and dessert for less than $25. Isabella my server was great! Will be coming back. Didn’t include the picture of my dessert but I got the Japanese cherry blossom jelly.

2. Otaku Ramen

Address: 1104 Division St

Hours: Monday-Friday 11 AM–3 PM & 4–9 PM, Saturday-Sunday 11 AM–9 PM
Otaku Ramen proudly holds the title of Nashville’s original noodle shop, bringing a distinct craft-focused approach to the local culinary landscape.
They make absolutely everything from scratch daily, fusing traditional Japanese techniques with unmistakable Southern influences. You can taste the dedication in their rich broths and perfectly chewy noodles.
The menu caters to diverse cravings. It features everything from classic pork variations to satisfying vegan bowls that don’t skimp on flavor. Their hot chicken bun is a brilliant, spicy nod to Music City that pairs beautifully with a steaming bowl of miso soup.
Earning a table here can be a bit of a marathon on weekends, though. High demand consistently leads to long wait times, and a few locals feel the portions don’t entirely justify the premium pricing.
Love otaku ramen; not only for their food, but also for their service. They are always very thoughtful and make you feel confortable. They are very well staff, the place is always clean and like I said, I think they do a very good job training their staff. Dumpling will always be my favorite but also the soup my boyfriend good was so good that day. I don’t remember the name but I know it was a vegetarian option and he just added the pork chop. I highly recommend it.

Fast and convenient service.
Otaku Ramen is my go‑to spot for affordable, spicy, convenient, delicious and authentic ramen. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Affordable prices 2) Flavorful spicy broth 3) Fast and convenient service. I often find it when searching for ramen near me and the authentic Japanese restaurant vibe makes it feel like the best ramen in town. I also appreciate the easy ramen delivery option. Highly recommend!

3. Two Ten Jack

Hours: Monday-Thursday 11 AM–2 PM & 4–9 PM, Friday 11 AM–2 PM & 4–10 PM, Saturday 4–10 PM, Sunday Closed
Finding a spot that captures the lively essence of a traditional Japanese izakaya (neighborhood pub) is tough, but Two Ten Jack nails the assignment.
This East Nashville gem pairs an extensive craft beverage program with deeply satisfying bowls of ramen, all crafted using a smart mix of local Southern ingredients.
The atmosphere is deliberately unpretentious, making it an ideal hangout for catching up with friends over steaming noodles and crispy yakitori skewers.
When I visited, the garlic tonkotsu provided a massive, savory punch that perfectly complemented a cold craft beer. They also offer excellent soy-free and plant-based dishes, ensuring no one at your dinner party leaves hungry.
But the intimate seating arrangement does make things slightly cramped. Accommodating larger groups is often difficult, and you might face inconsistent service during the busy evening rush.
The atmosphere is great
I have been to Two Ten Jackson twice now and each time I have had a great experience. The hush puppies are my fave, as well as the Hot Tadashi drink ✨ The atmosphere is great, the service is amazing-so friendly and attentive! A great spot for a cozy date or meet up with friends over some ramen and sushi. It can be pricey if you’re like me and my husband and like to order everything, or it can be moderately priced if you get ramen and an app. Either way will definitely be back.

The food was so good.
Wonderful date night experience with my wife. Food was amazing, as always. Fantastic service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a date night.
The food was so so good. I had the ramen, wagyu skewers, yoga, and the sausage, all amazing. The timing on the dishes coming out allowed us to really enjoy our date night and the relaxing environment.
Easily one of our favorite spots in Nashville.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 11 AM-9 PM, Friday-Saturday 11 AM-10:30 PM, Sunday 12 PM-9 PM
Diners craving serious variety will appreciate the clever dual-concept approach at Kumo Hibachi & Ramen.
They successfully merge a dedicated noodle shop with a lively hibachi grill, ensuring your group can enjoy slow-simmered black garlic broths alongside freshly seared meats.
The culinary team focuses heavily on ingredient freshness, turning out unique seafood variations that stand out in a crowded market. You can easily supplement your main course with addictive appetizers like savory takoyaki (octopus balls) or fluffy bao buns.
You should know that certain soup bases occasionally lack the deep, rich texture expected by noodle purists. You might also find their fried rice portions to be somewhat small compared to the standard hibachi joint.
If you can turn a blind eye to those, however, the laid-back dining room here provides a highly accessible setting for a casual lunch date or a relaxed family dinner.
Staff was super friendly to us
My ramen was VERY TASTY! Great toppings and combo options! (I loved the bun!!!) I would definitely come back 🥰
Staff was super friendly to us, allow our small service dog to dine in with us. Location is good, but neighbors were odd looking through window (the pizza place).
The menu is clear, but you have to order through an small machine.
I cant wait to come back! Thanks for a

I loved the decor of the restaurant.
The place was very laid-back, and I loved the decor of the restaurant. Our server Nikki was patient and very sweet! We ordered the milk tea, Black Garlic and Spicy Miso ramen; I think it’s the best in Nashville. Everything was 10/10! We will be going back literally.

5. Black Dynasty Secret Ramen House

Website: https://blackdynastyramen.com/
Address: 1306 McGavock Pk
Contact: +16157309654
Hours: Sunday-Monday & Wednesday-Saturday 5 PM-10 PM, Tuesday Closed
Locating a kitchen that prepares every single component from scratch is rare, but Black Dynasty Secret Ramen House delivers on that massive undertaking.
The culinary crew makes their own noodles, tare (seasoning base), and infused oils in-house, creating highly inventive bowls with a distinct Southern influence.
Their menu frequently rotates to highlight seasonal specials, ensuring repeat visitors always have a fresh flavor profile to explore.
The restaurant is tucked inside a popular brewery space, which helped it quickly cultivate a devoted following among local foodies. Grabbing a bowl of their spicy hellfire soup alongside a local craft beer is an unbeatable weekend ritual.
But finding an open seat can be quite a challenge. They operate on a strict first-come, first-served basis, and the highly focused menu means popular items occasionally sell out early.
The pork was flavorful and tender.
Pretty good experience overall – chill atmosphere, friendly wait staff, and yummy comforting and flavorful food. I enjoyed the garlic flavor of my ramen. It was so strong I could still taste it in my mouth the next day lol. The pork was flavorful and tender. The egg was cooked to perfection. The noodles were kinda hard and were what made the food aspect of this review lose a star. I was expecting something better for “homemade noodles.”

Insanely flavorful and enriching ramen
Black Dynasty Ramen has some of the best ramen I’ve had in ages. Mitchell’s is amazing alone, but to be able to stop by after hours for some incredible ramen is top tier. Grab a sandwich at Mitchell’s for lunch, stop by later in the evening for some insanely flavorful and enriching ramen to put some warmth into your bones.
