This was a must-stop at store for my daughter, and she went inside with her friends. The employees are awesome! Even though I didn’t go in, they gave my daughter a small bottle of water for me! My ring looks brand new
I got married in October of last year and brought my ring (purchased from an online retailer) to Genesis and they re-sized it for me in less than a week for $50!! It is perfect. I just stopped in expecting to drop it off to have it cleaned for the first time. Not only did Morgan clean it on the spot in less than five minutes, but she checked to make sure the diamond was still secure and the prongs on the setting were not loose and they didn’t charge me a penny!! My ring looks brand new!!
