The Service Guys(ZEE) came out from NASHVILLE(I live in KY 1.5 hrs away) assessed the situation, ordered the parts and in LESS THAN 2 WEEKS had my chimney fixed and the stove reinstalled at 1/3 less than BG Fireplace and Grill.
