Phoenix Auto Repair was recommended to us for its mastery in all types of cars, whether it be European, domestic, or even electric vehicles.
What caught our attention, however, was their in-depth 50-point inspection service, which aims to check all systems of their clients’ cars thoroughly. Afterwards, they’ll end up with a report to share with the clients to see which parts and systems aren’t running properly.
It also helps that they offer just about every repair and maintenance service, so clients can proceed to the necessary steps after the report. The mechanics are masters of their craft as well, offering efficient tyre alignments, oil changes, brake checks, etc.
Clients also noted that they appreciate the mechanics’ friendliness throughout the service, offering constant updates and even striking up light conversations. However, some respondents weren’t too keen on them due to their aggressive upselling.
Lastly, we like how easy it is to book a schedule with this auto repair shop, as their phones are responsive, and they offer a convenient online scheduling system.

They offer a complete set of services, from inspections to engine repairs, brake services, and more. These are done by their mechanics, who were highlighted as being easy to work with because of their personable approach.
We were mostly impressed with their diagnostic services because of their quick turnaround time, as shared by our interviewees. They said that it didn’t even feel like 10 minutes before they came back with an accurate diagnosis.
The workshop itself is also well-maintained, and we were surprised to see how organised each piece of equipment was.
We only wish that they could extend their operating hours through the weekend to cater to more customers. Furthermore, they mostly cater to a specific group of car owners.

In N Out Automotive caught our attention with their zero-fee quotation. Most of the time, these offerings come with hidden costs, but based on our interviews, it’s actually free this time, and even accurate, nine times out of ten.
Our interviewees also shared their appreciation for the repair shop’s mechanics, highlighting them as being honest and easy to work with. Furthermore, these mechanics would provide constant updates throughout the service to inform clients of unforeseen costs.
They said that they were provided with clear costs, and some even stated that they went out of their way to cater to them after hours. However, we would’ve liked it if they offered a dedicated emergency response team.
Nonetheless, we like how quickly they are to pick up the phone and schedule an appointment.
The variety of their services is impressive as well, offering basic maintenance checks to major repairs, whether it be with the engine, transmission, etc.
