ArchiNerd caught my attention since they know their way around historic homes and are great at keeping their character while making updates. Old houses have a special charm, but fixing them up can get stressful fast if you don’t have the right help.
What I liked most was how they work differently with each client. Instead of using the same plan every time, they listen to your goals, budget, and timeline.
I also think it’s cool that an architect and an interior designer team up from the very beginning, so everything matches in the end. Plus, they know all about local rules and permits, which makes the whole process smoother.
The main drawback is that ArchiNerd is a smaller firm, so they may not be the best fit for large commercial or industrial projects. Their portfolio also leans heavily toward residential work.

Responded quickly and accurately to our requests
Brent worked with us on the design and prepared the construction drawings for a major remodel of a new to us home in Laurelbrooke. The project includes gutting and redesigning and replacing the kitchen and the Principal bathroom as well as four other en suite baths, replacing most of the lighting, and a number of other updates.
