We were familiar with Advance Appliance Services because it’s a household name among locals, having been around since 1997. With that said, they’ve built a positive reputation over the past 18 years, with our respondents saying they only trust this company for their appliances.
One thing that caught our attention about this company is that it caters to luxurious brands, including Sub-Zero, Cove, and Wolf. Usually, these appliances can only be repaired in-house, but Advance Appliance Services’ technicians received exclusive training for them.
Our interviewees also noted that the technicians were courteous when entering their homes, cleaned up after themselves, and always arrived on time. They’re also noted as knowledgeable, as they were able to pinpoint the issue immediately and offered solutions right away.
Lastly, we recommend this company because they can work on just about every appliance, from ice makers to refrigerators, etc.
The only downside is they’re closed on weekends, and the prices are noticeably pricier compared to other companies.

Mr Appliance of Nashville caught our attention because of its comprehensive “Appliance Wellness Programs”. We inquired about it and discovered that it’s a subscription-like maintenance service that prevents appliances from breaking down in the first place.
Customers who enrolled for this program were pleased during our interviews, stating that their appliances have never required repairs since purchasing them.
We also appreciate the wide variety of services offered by Mr Appliance. They cater to both residential and commercial properties, and offer services for more niche appliances such as wine coolers, ice machines, and outdoor kitchens.
The quick turnaround time of their technicians was also a highlight during our interviews with their previous customers. Most of them were pleased at how quickly it was to book a service through their website and have the technicians finish the task in less than a day.
However, the company could improve their phone lines; other customers complained that they would always be redirected to the machine.

Appliance Recovery of Nashville LLC. was recommended to us by a friend who recently had their dishwasher fixed. She told us how impressive the technician was who was sent to her house, as he finished in just a couple of hours.
We also reached out to other customers, and it’s the same story! Also, they never failed to mention how the technician always arrives on time, even for those with last-minute bookings.
The technicians were also highlighted as being knowledgeable, with a handful of clients stating how they received free, useful tips on how to better care for their appliances.
We also noticed on our interviews that the clients’ appliances were different brands, which further cemented our confidence in the technicians.
The best thing about this company, however, is the reasonable price range. Plus, we love how easy it is to book a schedule through their official website.
Our only gripe is its slightly limited operating hours, as they’re only open six days a week. It doesn’t help that they’re only open for four hours on Saturdays.

“We’ve found our favourite repairman! Chris is kind, knowledgeable and quick. Our dryer started making a terrible noise a couple of days ago, and Chris was out here to fix it within one day!
He was right on time for his scheduled window and was in communication with me 30 minutes before his arrival. He took our dryer apart, cleaned it and fixed it up, and now it is running better than ever!

Although 1st Choice Appliance Repair wasn’t our first choice, it quickly grew on us when we interviewed their previous clients. For starters, we discovered that they offer same-day services, which is still rare to see in businesses today.
Furthermore, we loved how easy it was to schedule an appointment with them via phone call and online booking.
What stood out to us the most, however, was the experienced technicians, as vouched by our interviewees. They told us that these professionals never arrived late and worked neatly, sweeping up after themselves after their service.
We also appreciate that they can fix just about every household appliance, from fridges to washers, etc. Furthermore, they’re trained to handle different brands from lesser-known names such as Amana and Maytag to juggernauts like LG and Samsung.
However, we noticed an alarming number of responses from our interviewees regarding rude customer service via their phone line.

The customer service line is commendable as well, as we heard nothing but praise towards their friendliness during our interviews with their regulars.
The main downside here is the expensive rates. However, customers have vouched that the extra cost is well worth it for the quality of workmanship.
