They really walk you through why they’re recommending something, like whether you’re better off with Botox, BBL, HERO, chemical peels, or their microneedling options.
Our friend actually swears by their AQUAGOLD facial (aka the “red carpet” treatment) and said her pores were basically invisible afterward. Meanwhile, their skincare line, especially Baby Face, gets a ton of buzz for its clean ingredients and transformative effect.
No wonder it’s a regular favorite among people with sensitive or acne-prone skin. We also like how they make paying easy.
If you want to go big on a treatment plan, the financing through Cherry or Alle Payments means you don’t have to stress about throwing down a ton of cash all at once.
There’s a lot to like here, although we have to mention that some people at the front desk were dismissive.

The ElaMar Nashville experience really stands out if you’re looking for an aesthetic clinic that feels both upscale and approachable.
We can’t help but admire their place—it’s beyond pretty—with soft pinks and neutral hues, super clean, and just gives off a calming energy the second you walk in.
There’s so much to choose from in terms of injectables—Botox, Dysport, various fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, PRF for under eyes and facials, microneedling (both regular and RF), thread lifts, and even specialized things like the Radiesse Butt Lift.
We noticed the big emphasis here is on non-surgical facial and body rejuvenation, especially collagen-stimulating procedures, so if that’s your goal, you’re in the right place.
But if you want extensive laser or surgical treatments, keep in mind their menu leans more into injectables and skin resurfacing, so you might want to look elsewhere for those.
On a good note, they make booking simple with their EláMar+ app, and first-timers get a cute little welcome gift (which, honestly, left a good impression).

Dr. Hatef himself has racked up an impressive list of credentials—board-certified, double fellowship-trained, and even several awards under his belt—so a lot of people trust him.
It’s a one-stop shop, offering everything from Botox and fillers to advanced treatments like Morpheus8, CO2 lasers, HydraFacials, and IPL. Surgical classics are available too, such as facelifts, nose jobs, breast work (augmentation, lifts, and reductions), liposuction, and more.
Treatments are highly customized—Dr. Hatef is known for paying attention to natural results, and they’ll even leverage fat grafting and hybrid approaches for that.
Another unique thing is that everything is physician-supervised, so you’re not being handed off to just anyone.
Sadly, reaching them by phone can be a pain—a few clients we spoke with mentioned that the tone can feel a bit cold, rushed, and energy lacking.
