The Best Serviced Apartments in Nashville

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.
  • Workspace Utility: We thoroughly evaluated the reliability of provided internet connections and dedicated desk areas within each unit. Accommodations lacking verified high-speed broadband were immediately excluded from our final recommendations.
  • Kitchen Capabilities: Relying on expensive restaurant takeout completely defeats the purpose of securing an extended stay residence. We heavily prioritized properties offering fully equipped culinary spaces featuring full-sized refrigerators and modern dishwashers.
  • Location Strategy: A truly effective rental must provide seamless access to central business districts and major medical hubs. We focused on buildings boasting exceptional walkability scores that allow residents to easily reach essential daily services.
  • Security Measures: Peace of mind is absolutely vital when occupying temporary housing in an unfamiliar neighborhood. We specifically sought out locations enforcing strict access controls alongside secure parking facilities to guarantee maximum resident safety.

Finding the perfect temporary home requires balancing professional convenience with genuine residential comfort. Whether you are a business traveler or a relocating family, securing an excellent serviced apartment completely transforms your stay.

You don’t have to navigate endless short-term leases and expensive hotel suites because I made this guide to the best service apartments in Nashville. Here are the most reliable and luxurious temporary residences available in the city.

If you’re relocating and you can’t quite fit all of your belongings in your temporary residence, also check out these storage spaces in the area for safekeeping.

Website: https://www.pearlflatsapts.com/

Address: 1700 Pearl Street, Nashville, TN 37203

Contact: (615) 321-0800

Hours: Mon – Fri: 9 AM – 6 PM, Sat – Sun: Closed

Finding an affordable short-term lease downtown usually means sacrificing modern upgrades, but Pearl Flats bridges that incredible gap perfectly. They provide a cutting-edge living experience for significantly less than the typical one-bedroom rental rate.

Their highly convenient turnkey integration package comes with custom furniture and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Because the building sits within walking distance of massive medical centers and prestigious universities, it naturally attracts a driven community of hardworking academics and healthcare professionals. You can easily walk to hundreds of restaurants without ever needing to pull your car out of the secure garage.

The primary trade-off for these exceptional prices involves living spaces that are considerably smaller than average city layouts. Light sleepers should also note the frequent train activity passing nearby, which easily disrupts a peaceful evening.

Pros

  • Exceptional local walkability score
  • Top-tier on-site management reputation
  • Premium resort-style swimming pool
  • Secure gated key fob entry

Cons

  • Noticeably compact unit layouts
  • High environmental train noise
  • Less desirable street safety perception

Customer Reviews

My tenure at Pearl St. has come to an end. I’ve lived here for 3 years and have seen many of my neighbors come and go. I have nothing but great memories living there. The staff and specifically Adrienne have done an amazing job at making me feel welcomed and efficiently solved any needs/ problems that came up. I highly recommend living there if you are wanting to live the city life without the city costs and a property manager that cares!

Great place to live! Very comfortable building that is well maintained, with friendly staff and a maintenance team who are responsive to your concerns. The pool and outdoor space is nice during the warm months and the first-floor gym provides more than enough for a quick workout. The building community is friendly as well and doesn’t make a lot of noise at night. The building is in walking distance of bustling Broadway and Vanderbilt University. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose Pearl Flats as my apartment.

2. Home2 Suites by Hilton Nashville Vanderbilt, TN

Extended business trips quickly become monotonous when you lack a proper home base equipped for daily routines. Home2 Suites completely changes the game by offering a brilliant combined laundry and fitness facility, allowing you to easily run a wash cycle while getting your morning workout completed.

I had a colleague who spent a month here when she relocated to the city. She specifically praised their signature modular workspaces that adapt perfectly to demanding remote schedules. Every single room functions as a highly adaptable private suite equipped with full-sized refrigerators and spacious dishwashers.

Just remember that these suites lack traditional built-in stovetops for heavy cooking, and the mandatory valet parking adds a massive hidden daily expense to your final bill.

Pros

  • Strategic medical district access
  • Highly inclusive pet-friendly policy
  • Verified high-speed internet connectivity
  • Flexible booking loyalty benefits

Cons

  • Extremely high daily parking costs
  • Complete lack of built-in stovetops
  • Intense urban street noise levels

Customer service is really important to me & this location deserves all the stars! Dana’s positivity and welcoming smile is genuinely contagious. Beshoy went above and beyond to help me & show kindness when I had a mini vacation crisis. The cleaning staff were great as well; personable & courteous. Thank you so much!

We were welcomed by Sandra at the front desk, she was very helpful and made the check in process very quick and easy. Room was completely clean. Would recommend to anyone

3. Placemakr Premier SoBro

Website: https://www.placemakr.com/locations/nashville/sobro/

Address: 205 Demonbreun St, Nashville, TN 37201

Contact: (844) 492-0205

Hours: 24/7

Placemakr Premier blends the luxury of a hotel with the absolute privacy of an apartment. This high-rise features chef-ready kitchens and a dedicated concierge team.

You can effortlessly bypass standard lobby check-in lines using their incredibly seamless contactless digital access codes. Once upstairs, you gain access to an expansive rooftop club featuring a gorgeous pool and sweeping skyline views.

As for the downsides, take note that, while having popular retail spots directly downstairs is highly convenient, the bustling neighborhood generates constant street noise that easily penetrates the lower floors.

You will also need to handle your own daily tidying, since full housekeeping services are strictly limited to stays exceeding ten nights.

Pros

  • Unrivaled proximity to downtown entertainment
  • Highly convenient in-unit laundry machines
  • Spacious multi-bedroom layout options
  • Expansive twenty-four-hour fitness center

Cons

  • Significant street noise on lower floors
  • Expensive nightly covered parking fees
  • Strictly limited daily housekeeping services

Customer Reviews

Check in with Oshane was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly to help us check in with the Placmakr. We were a bit earlier than we planned but he found another place to upgrade us. Great location for our stay in Nashville!

First off, all staff I interacted with were top notch. The location is perfect. The elevators are not perfect. WARNING ask for extra towels and toilet paper at check-in, for some reason we had lack of both when they were needed most.

4. The Eighteen by Kasa

the-eighteen-by-kasa

Website: https://kasa.com/properties/the-eighteen-by-kasa-nashville

Address: 18 Mcferrin Avenue, Nashville, TN 37206

Contact: (615) 996-1521

Hours: 24/7

The Eighteen by Kasa is perfect for a massive group. This tech-enabled property offers a specialized bunk room penthouse layout capable of comfortably sleeping up to seven guests.

I actually stayed here during a chaotic weekend trip, and using their entirely virtual front desk made my late arrival completely stress-free. They also eliminate a huge financial burden by guaranteeing free covered parking for every single guest upon arrival.

On the flipside, the surrounding vibrant nightlife can mean extremely loud music thumping until the early morning hours.

Furthermore, the entire building lacks an elevator, meaning you must manually carry heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs yourself.

Pros

  • Exceptional walkability to creative neighborhoods
  • Dedicated laptop workspaces included
  • Pet-friendly policies for small dogs
  • Convenient in-unit washer and dryer

Cons

  • Extremely loud local nightlife proximity
  • Complete lack of on-site elevators
  • Strictly virtual concierge support structure

Customer Reviews

Very place. Had literally every necessity available. The rooftop view is nice. Near downtown Nashville. Located on a strip so parking is not great at all. Only 4-5 spaces available in attached garage. Otherwise you’ll have to pay to park down the street. There’s a rooftop bar next door so it was loud every night until about 2am. There is a white voice speaker provided.

Loved the apartment once we got in there. We goofed and almost went to the building next door The Carter since didn’t realize how the parking and such was at first. Once we figured out it was like the side of the building and not the back we had no issues. The room was nice and was fully furnished with washer and dryer and such. It was close to a lot of places to hangout and eat which was nice but was our only complaint since Friday night people had music blasting outside past 3am. The next night though was quieter so not sure what was going on lol. We liked our stay and would go back.

5. The Nashville Reserve, by Oliver

the-nashville-reserve-by-oliver

Website: https://thenashvillereserve.com/

Address: 301 Rosa L Parks Ave, Nashville, TN 37203

Contact: (615) 622-1669

Hours: 24/7

The Nashville Reserve occupies a beautifully preserved financial building. This stunning conversion masterfully blends original steel vault doors with ultra-modern urban design elements to create an unforgettable aesthetic.

They specifically position the property as a dedicated quiet retreat, keeping you safely distanced from chaotic tourist crowds while remaining highly walkable to major downtown arenas.

Unfortunately, there are two-bedroom units where the sole bathroom is accessible only through a master bedroom, creating awkward privacy situations for colleagues.

Additionally, the physical front desk staff departs before midnight, leaving you entirely dependent on virtual support for late-night emergencies.

Pros

  • Gorgeous industrial loft design aesthetic
  • Highly responsive digital support staff
  • Advanced cardiovascular fitness center
  • Secure gated on-site vehicle parking

Cons

  • Strictly limited physical front desk hours
  • Awkward two-bedroom bathroom accessibility
  • Expensive daily gated parking fees

Customer Reviews

Absolutely amazing experience! Everything was spectacular—from the atmosphere to the service. The place is beautiful, the vibe is perfect, and every detail makes you feel taken care of. I was honestly impressed and would 100% come back. Highly recommend if you’re in Nashville!

This was our second time staying here. First for a wedding last year, and again this past long weekend for a concert. Very quiet location, yet close (within walking distance) to Broadway! (10 minute walk to Bridgestone arena) Outstanding service provided by all we encountered. Samantha Perez was quick to respond to all of our questions. Apartment style rooms with full kitchens, separate bedroom and bath space. We love staying here and will return when back in Nashville in the future!
