I rented a 10×10 storage unit 8 years ago. Monthly payments are very easy via online. The amount is take from your account within 30 minutes or less. When I called them a few days ago about vacating the storage unit, I received the prepaid rental $ within 30 minutes also. One other comment: Staff and personnel are nice and easy to talk to.
