We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Location and Accessibility: We evaluated how easily members can commute to the workspace. We also looked at proximity to transit hubs and the availability of parking options.

Pricing Transparency: We checked if the membership fees are clear or if they hide extra costs. Honest billing models are crucial for businesses managing tight operational budgets.

Amenities and Perks: We assessed the quality of on-site resources like high-speed internet and meeting rooms. Features like fitness centers and complimentary coffee also played a huge role in our rankings.

Community and Networking: We analyzed the professional environment to see if it fosters genuine collaboration. A strong community vibe often helps solo professionals and growing teams thrive.

Flexibility of Terms: We reviewed the contract structures to ensure they accommodate sudden scaling. Month-to-month options give entrepreneurs peace of mind when expanding their operations.

You might be a startup founder seeking flexible terms or a remote freelancer craving a quiet desk away from home. Regardless, finding the best office space in Nashville can feel like a full-time job.

Werkstatt360 Green Hills offers a prestigious business address and a beautiful art-inspired look right off the interstate.

Professionals get a high-end atmosphere that perfectly blends luxury private suites with collaborative shared spaces. You can move into a fully equipped room immediately, which means you won’t have to deal with traditional buildouts or long leases.

The facility also includes some rare perks for an urban setting, such as a fitness center and free parking. Your team will love being just minutes away from great shopping and dining spots for client lunches.

However, keep in mind that commuting down Hillsboro Pike during rush hour can be tough due to heavy traffic. Even so, it remains an excellent choice for founders who want to scale their business quickly in a premium neighborhood.

Pros

  • Upscale Green Hills location near dining
  • Complimentary on-site parking included
  • Convenient on-site fitness center
  • Turnkey suites with ergonomic furniture

Cons

  • Heavy traffic on Hillsboro Pike
  • No large-scale event spaces

Customer Reviews:

I have no complaints whatsoever!
I have been renting office space at Green Hills Office Suites for about a year now, and am very pleased with all aspects of the facility. The offices and common areas are attractive and well maintained, and the staff is friendly, cooperative and professional. My law practice clients love coming to meet with me here, and it is a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere in which to work. I have no complaints whatsoever!

The amenities are super nice
Alyssa and the manager were amazing! The amenities are also super nice with sparkling flavored water, hygiene items in the bathrooms, and the coffee mugs were adorable. My only suggestion is to maybe include a trash can in the offices that are for daily rental.

2. Office Evolution

office-evolution

Website: https://www.officeevolution.com/

Address: 5016 Centennial Blvd. Suite 200

Contact: (629) 249-1089

Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Local ownership really sets Office Evolution apart, as management truly understands the regional business landscape.

Since the building is in The Nations, you can enjoy all that entrepreneurial energy without fighting the traffic in central downtown. You also get free parking right at the door, and that can save you a lot of money over time.

Plus, members get nationwide access to over 80 locations, which is a great perk if you travel often for work.

I recently toured the facility and noticed how the dedicated receptionist helps solo entrepreneurs maintain a polished and professional presence. They focus on serving growing businesses rather than just massive tech companies.

However, the premium pricing for dedicated desks might be a bit much for tighter budgets.

Also, if you rely on public transit, you might struggle since the area is very car-dependent. Many professionals moving to town even book a nearby serviced apartment before committing to a lease here.

Pros

  • Free parking for members and guests
  • Convenient access from the interstate
  • Live receptionist handles guest greetings
  • Access to 80 national locations

Cons

  • Higher pricing for dedicated desks
  • Low public transit accessibility

Customer Reviews:

This is a wonderful co-working space
This is a wonderful co-working space whose owner does an amazing job of supporting and being involved with the local community and neighborhood. I highly recommend book a conference room here or locking-in an longer-term office space for you and your team!

The coffee, water, and hospitality were top-notch
My team used office evolution for a board meeting. Their conference room was perfect for the 11 of us and the coffee, water and hospitality was top notch. Great wi-fi and tech to connect to the screen. I will continue to use this Office Evolution every time I need a meeting space!

3. Spaces Riverfront Park

Website: https://www.spacesworks.com/

Address: 222 2nd Avenue South, 17th Floor

Contact:  (615) 610-8500

Hours: Available 24/7

Spaces is perfectly positioned as a strategic civic hub right next to City Hall. It offers seamless access to government services, which is very helpful for many businesses.

Being in the Central Business District also gives your company a lot of prestige and keeps you close to iconic landmarks. You’re also just steps away from Cumberland Riverfront Park for a peaceful break.

Inside, the vibrant common areas are designed to spark creativity and encourage networking among professionals of all kinds. Plus, teams can scale easily, as you can choose from a simple day pass to a large private suite.

Because the main transit hub is nearby, the bus commute is very efficient. However, working in SoBro does come with some challenges, such as expensive parking and heavy traffic.

You might also hear noise from outdoor concerts and tourists right outside. This lively environment is perfect for dynamic teams, but not for those who need total silence.

Pros

  • Prime visibility in the CBD
  • Close to the main transit hub
  • Premium outdoor terrace available
  • Flexible scaling for team growth

Cons

  • Expensive daily parking fees
  • Distracting noise from outdoor concerts

4. Three One Three | Coworking Office Space | East Nashville

three-one-three-coworking-office-space-east-nashville

Website: http://www.threeonethree.com/

Address: 1108 MCKENNIE AVE

Contact: (615) 797-8313

Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Treating your workspace like a second home is the core philosophy at Three One Three. Members can even customize and paint their private rooms to truly make them their own.

I spoke with local freelancers who really love this boutique atmosphere tucked away in East Nashville.

One great benefit is the transparent pricing. It covers all utilities and high-speed internet in one predictable monthly bill.

Beyond the standard perks, you can enjoy an outdoor work area with a grill and plenty of locally sourced coffee. The building is also dog-friendly, which is perfect if you enjoy bringing your pet to work.

But since the space is in a converted historic church, you might hear some noise during concerts at the event venue next door. The old architecture also means the climate control can be inconsistent.

Even so, it remains a fantastic choice if you prefer character over a sterile corporate tower. Many members live in nearby apartments, so the daily commute is incredibly easy.

Pros

  • Fully customizable private room decor
  • Transparent all-inclusive flat billing
  • Free parking for daily commuters
  • Pet-friendly environment for dog owners

Cons

  • Occasional noise from the event venue
  • building

Customer Reviews:

Creative, laid-back, and supportive place to work
I’ve been a member of Three One Three for almost 2 years and and plan to stay for many more. If you are looking for a creative, laid back, and supportive place to work, Hannah Drake and Three One Three can provide just that! They’ve given me so much freedom to design a space I love and are always willing to help if I need anything along the way. Also, doesn’t hurt that Surefire Coffee is right outside!!

The location can’t be beat
Our organization has renewed our lease twice now at East Nashville 313 and it is great space for our startup. The location can’t be beat — it has several great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, it’s on the edge of the residential neighborhood so it feels a part of the community, the price is competitive, plenty of parking and close to the interstate, and the staff are very responsive. We continue to enjoy the experience here. Shout out to Hannah with 313 who is always available if we have questions.

5. e|spaces Music Row

e-spaces-music-row

Website: https://espaces.com/locations/nashville/music-row

Address: 1005 17th Ave S, Suite #900

Contact: (615) 777-8514

Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

e|spaces offers a premium corporate presence, operating from a high-end building in the heart of Music Row. Professionals here enjoy stunning skyline views through floor-to-ceiling windows and a rooftop space.

You also get access to other locations across Middle Tennessee and major cities, giving you a reliable home base when you travel.

Although it sits in a famous creative district, the community actually attracts many attorneys and corporate teams. Membership includes great perks, such as an on-site gym and an IT helpdesk to handle technical issues.

Plus, growing startups can secure flexible month-to-month terms for large suites.

However, administrative and technical support shuts down after business hours, which can be frustrating if you work late. Also, shared seating often gets very competitive during peak times.

Pros

  • High-end finishes and skyline views
  • On-site gym and IT support
  • Access to the regional branch network
  • Month-to-month leasing available

Cons

  • No administrative support after hours
  • Competitive seating for collaborative tier

One of the best professional environments
eSpaces is one of the best professional environments I’ve worked in. The facility is always spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need — from high-quality meeting rooms to comfortable work areas and reliable tech. What truly sets it apart, though, is the level of service. Claire does an incredible job keeping everything running smoothly. She’s attentive, organized, and always makes sure the space feels welcoming and professional.
