A fantastic ENT!
Dr. Howell was amazing throughout the whole process of our son’s tonsillectomy, from the first consult to surgery follow-up. Professional and super knowledgeable yet so friendly and personable too – She seemed happy to answer our questions and address any concerns which really helped ease our minds. Diana up front set the right welcoming tone and first impression for this newbie patient. Russell Pullen, PA was very attentive to my complex narrative of history and symptoms, had an excellent bedside manner, and came up with a novel technique to try that none of the doctors and surgeons I encountered before ever proffered. I immediately was charmed by his engagement and respected his experience, and is one of the few medical offices for which I now garner any respect, and I look forward to them solving my lifelong sinus problems that have bedeviled me!

They also work closely with other departments to handle complex cases. It’s also helpful that rehab services are available on-site for patients who need help relearning how to swallow or speak after a major event.
That said, the hospital is large and can feel overwhelming to navigate, especially with the big parking areas.
Costs are also worth keeping in mind, since hospital facility fees are usually higher than those at smaller outpatient centers.

Beyond impressed
My father was admitted to TriStar on Oct. 23 for an impending surgery. The hospital is very clean and the staff couldn’t be any nicer and accommodating. The doctors and nurses were very professional. The three doctors were very detailed, not rushed and answered all of our questions. We were very beyond impressed. Alicia Townsend was my Dad’s head nurse. Highly recommend
Had surgery done to my eyelids here a while back The Dr and staff were awesome. Laser surgery around your eyes is worrisome. The Dr and his staff made me comfortable with the procedure and it went well. No issues with recovery. This Hospital is clean well maintained and easy to get around in. The first day we got turned around and security walked us back on track. Top notched Medical Facility. Each employee we came in contact with were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
