End Your Sinus Struggle with the 5 Best ENT Specialists in Nashville

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

On-site Testing: Nobody wants to bounce between offices when they feel awful. So, we looked for spots that handle imaging and allergy tests right there. Having a CT scanner down the hall means you get answers without waiting for outside labs.

Kid-Friendly Care: Helping little ones takes a soft touch. We highlighted practices that know exactly how to make kids comfortable, especially when dealing with sensitive stuff like ear tubes.

Lots of Options: Getting true relief means figuring out if you need a quick in-office fix or something more involved. We also checked whether these doctors offer a good mix of options, such as simple allergy drops rather than jumping straight to surgery.

Easy Scheduling: When your sinuses are throbbing, you need help right away. Plus, we focused on clinics that offer early-morning slots and multiple locations, making it a breeze to get in quickly.

Dealing with chronic sinus pressure or a child’s relentless ear infections can completely derail your daily life. It’s exhausting to sit in endless medical waiting rooms when all you really want is to breathe easily and sleep through the night.

Finding the right doctor makes all the difference for your long-term comfort. But tracking down reliable care can sometimes be an overwhelming struggle when it shouldn’t be.

To help, I looked into the top-rated local medical clinics to help you find the best Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialists in Nashville so you can finally get some lasting relief. Here are the ones that stood out!

1. Otolaryngology Associates of Tennessee (OAT)

otolaryngology-associates-of-tennessee-oat

Website: https://www.oatenn.com/

Address: 410 42nd Avenue North, Suite 200

Contact: (615) 340-4000

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

OAT makes things easy by keeping their hearing experts in-house, allowing you to move straight from a medical diagnosis to a hearing aid fitting.

You can bypass the hassle of driving to a separate imaging center because they maintain advanced on-site Computed Tomography (CT) scanners.

When my cousin needed urgent relief from chronic sinusitis last year, she found their specialized diagnostic labs incredibly fast.

The service is comprehensive too. Your family can get kids’ ear infections treated or find answers for adult sleep apnea right here.

That said, the pacing can occasionally feel slightly rushed, given how many patients they see every day. Plus, you might encounter a longer waitlist for non-emergency visits if you want to see their most popular surgeons.

Pros

  • Large team of certified doctors
  • Great with kids and gentle treatments
  • Easy scheduling at different offices
  • Complete care for chronic sinus issues

Cons

  • Appointments can feel a bit rushed
  • Longer waits for popular doctors

So pleased I researched and found this practice
The care I am receiving with Dr. Andrew Maroda and his staff is exceptional.   One couldn’t ask for a more polite,  friendly and professional doctor that exemplifies he cares about your ENT care.  I am so pleased I researched and found this practice but more importantly this superb doctor.

A fantastic ENT!
Dr. Howell was amazing throughout the whole process of our son’s tonsillectomy, from the first consult to surgery follow-up. Professional and super knowledgeable yet so friendly and personable too – She seemed happy to answer our questions and address any concerns which really helped ease our minds. The biggest thing we noticed is she genuinely cares for her patients and their families. The surgery was a big success for our son, who can now sleep soundly at night among other improvements. We highly recommend Dr. Howell to anyone looking for a fantastic ENT!

2. Allergy & ENT Specialists – Nashville West

Website: https://www.myallergyent.com/locations/Nashville/

Address: 4230 Harding Pike, Suite 400

Contact: (615) 386-9089

Schedule:

  • Mon-Thurs 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Fri: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Getting to the bottom of chronic congestion is much easier when your doctors really understand allergies, rather than just masking the symptoms. That’s exactly what you get at Allergy & ENT Specialists in West Nashville.

They offer needle-free allergy drops for those seeking long-term relief without weekly shots. They also include specific physical therapy in their treatment plans to help with dizzy spells and complex jaw pain, or Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disease.

Even better, you have quick access to additional imaging and lab resources if needed, since the clinic is located in a large medical plaza.

Finding this level of expert care here feels just as reassuring as discovering reliable psychotherapists for your mental health.

But just remember, navigating those giant hospital hallways to find their exact office can be a bit tricky for first-timers.

On top of that, their Friday afternoon hours are cut short, which might make end-of-the-week scheduling a little tough.

Pros

  • Early morning slots for easy commuting
  • Reliable tracking and care for kids
  • Convenient in-house hearing tests
  • Highly skilled Vanderbilt-trained doctors

Cons

  • Friday afternoon hours are very limited
  • Hard to find inside the massive hospital

Highly recommend this practice
Dr.Sauvageau and Madison Talylor and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! I have had two procedures so far and have my third one coming up in a couple of weeks and they have been absolutely amazing! The entire staff is always there to support you and answer any questions you have! I highly recommend this practice if you ever have any issues with your nose!

Highly recommend them to anyone needing an ear specialist
I can’t say enough good things about Allergy & ENT Associates in West Nashville. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and listened to. Madison was patient, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. The kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail from the whole staff is truly outstanding.  I’m so thankful for the care I received and highly recommend them to anyone needing an ear specialist.

3. Tennessee Breathe Free

tennessee-breathe-free

Website: https://www.tennesseebreathefree.com/

Address: 3443 Dickerson Pike, Suite 320

Contact: (629) 276-1443

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tennessee Breathe Free stood out for focusing on procedures that can be done right in the office. They use local numbing, so you stay awake and recover much faster.

I also like that they don’t just look at one issue. They check both the structure of your airway and allergy history, rather than jumping straight to a temporary fix.

My own visit for chronic congestion was surprisingly fast, with on-site imaging providing a clear treatment plan in one afternoon. Taking their online quiz is a great way to see if you are a candidate for their procedures before making the drive.

One thing to keep in mind is that this clinic leans heavily toward more advanced ENT procedures. If you only need something simple, like basic earwax removal, their approach might feel overkill.

This single-office practice is also often out-of-network for insurance, which could lead to higher out-of-pocket costs.

Pros

  • Quick recovery times with in-office fixes
  • Addresses physical airway issues and allergies
  • Fast, on-site imaging and treatment plans
  • Easy online screening before making the drive

Cons

  • Approach may be too intense for minor issues
  • Often out-of-network for insurance plans

Treated my illness thoroughly
The front desk was courteous and helpful. I didn’t wait long and the provider Karina had great bedside manner and she answered all my questions and concerns and treated my illness thoroughly and wanted to follow up with me. Love how detailed she was in my care.

Dr. Enrich was truly excellent – thorough, educational, empathetic. Diagnostics top notch and onsite. I cannot say enough – fantastic. Highly recommend.

4. ADVENT

advent

Website: https://adventknows.com/locations/south-nashville

Address: 341 Wallace Road, Suite D

Contact: (615) 285-9248

Schedule: Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What stood out to me about ADVENT’s South Nashville clinic is its focus on the nose and throat. They keep things targeted, which makes the process feel more straightforward.

Most treatments are done right in the office, so there’s no need for a hospital setting. Their goal is to improve how your airway functions, which can be helpful for people who struggle with CPAP machines.

Same-day testing is also a big plus. It helps you understand what’s going on and get a treatment plan moving without long waits.

One thing to prepare for, though, is the upfront cost. The required imaging at the first visit can get expensive. A few patients have also mentioned that the consultation felt slightly sales-driven.

Pros

  • Efficient same-day diagnostic results
  • Simple, non-surgical airway treatments
  • Works with many major insurance providers
  • Focuses on long-term CPAP alternatives

Cons

  • Expensive initial diagnostic testing
  • Initial visit can feel like a sales pitch
  • Narrow focus on breathing and snoring

Customer Reviews

A fantastic experience
I had a fantastic experience with Russell Pullen, PA. He really listened to my concerns, took the time to thoroughly examine me, and he ordered more diagnostics to help us figure out what’s going on. I couldn’t have been treated better.

One of the few medical offices for which I now garner any respect
Diana up front set the right welcoming tone and first impression for this newbie patient. Russell Pullen, PA was very attentive to my complex narrative of history and symptoms, had an excellent bedside manner, and came up with a novel technique to try that none of the doctors and surgeons I encountered before ever proffered. I immediately was charmed by his engagement and respected his experience, and is one of the few medical offices for which I now garner any respect, and I look forward to them solving my lifelong sinus problems that have bedeviled me!

5. TriStar Skyline Medical Center

tristar-skyline-medical-center

Website: https://www.tristarhealth.com/en-US

Address: 3441 Dickerson Pike, Nashville, TN 37207

Contact: (615) 769-2000

Schedule: Open 24/7

When a serious breathing emergency happens, you want a place that can handle the worst-case scenario. That’s where TriStar Skyline Medical Center stands out.

They have specialists on call around the clock for major facial and throat injuries. Having emergency doctors available at all times also makes it easier to get quick treatment for severe throat infections.

They also work closely with other departments to handle complex cases. It’s also helpful that rehab services are available on-site for patients who need help relearning how to swallow or speak after a major event.

That said, the hospital is large and can feel overwhelming to navigate, especially with the big parking areas.

Costs are also worth keeping in mind, since hospital facility fees are usually higher than those at smaller outpatient centers.

Pros

  • 24/7 access to emergency doctors and specialists
  • Coordinated care for complex cases and cancers
  • Excellent on-site rehab for speech and swallowing
  • Connected to a top-rated stroke and neurology center

Cons

  • Navigating the massive hospital campus can be stressful
  • Noticeably higher facility fees than private clinics

Customer Reviews

Beyond impressed
My father was admitted to TriStar on Oct. 23 for an impending surgery. The hospital is very clean and the staff couldn’t be any nicer and accommodating. The doctors and nurses were very professional. The three doctors were very detailed, not rushed and answered all of our questions. We were very beyond impressed. Alicia Townsend was my Dad’s head nurse. She was very attentive, friendly, always available for our Dad, caring, knowledgeable and very professional. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here.

Highly recommend
Had surgery done to my eyelids here a while back The Dr and staff were awesome. Laser surgery around your eyes is worrisome. The Dr and his staff made me comfortable with the procedure and it went well. No issues with recovery. This Hospital is clean well maintained and easy to get around in. The first day we got turned around and security walked us back on track. Top notched Medical Facility. Each employee we came in contact with were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
