The Ultimate Guide to the Best Coworking Spaces in Nashville

best-coworking-space-nashville
We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.
  • Flexibility and Access: We examined membership tiers to see if they accommodate unpredictable freelancer schedules. Workspaces offering accessible day passes and flexible month-to-month commitments scored much higher in our rankings.
  • Professional Amenities: Ergonomic seating and quiet zones are non-negotiable requirements for serious professionals. We prioritized locations providing premium perks like private phone booths and fully stocked kitchens.
  • Atmosphere and Design: A sterile environment drains creativity rapidly, so we carefully evaluated the aesthetic appeal of each venue. Locations curated by excellent interior designers often provide that essential inspirational boost.
  • Location Convenience: A central address makes hosting client meetings significantly less stressful for everyone involved. We heavily factored in local walkability and the reality of daily parking expenses.

Trading your kitchen island for a proper desk can completely transform your daily productivity. If you run a budding startup or work as a remote consultant, finding the right environment is critical for your professional growth.

Modern business owners and workers require reliable high-speed internet and consistent networking opportunities. All the best coworking spaces in Nashville offer both!

I’ll share them with you below to help you upgrade your daily grind. With these well-maintained workspaces, you no longer have to pay office cleaners, saving you money in the long run.

How much do coworking spaces charge in Nashville?

Securing a daily pass to a coworking space in Nashville generally runs between $20 and $50. Locking down a dedicated monthly office will typically set you back anywhere from $100 to over $975, depending on your privacy needs.

Contact: 917-463-4835

Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Stepping into a workspace should feel inspiring, and Industrious’ Gulch location delivers a high-end hospitality experience resembling a luxury hotel! They handle every minor administrative detail through a dedicated member team, allowing you to focus entirely on your pending deadlines.

Your monthly fee automatically includes premium perks like daily breakfast and unlimited color printing without hidden surcharges.

I actually bumped into a fellow consultant last week who uses this exact space, and he couldn’t stop raving about how the on-site staff members, Casey and Darby, always remember his morning coffee order.

Moreover, the professional lounge provides a wonderfully quiet backdrop for high-stakes client meetings.

While the sun-lit aesthetic is undeniably gorgeous, you definitely pay a premium price for this level of executive hospitality. Solo freelancers might find the steep private office rates tough to swallow.

You also have to navigate high-cost downtown parking rates after your first free hour in the garage expires.

Pros

  • Exceptional walkable Gulch location
  • Highly personalized staff service
  • Premium catered food options
  • Flexible month-to-month access levels

Cons

  • Expensive private office pricing
  • Paid parking after one hour

2. Venture X

venture-x

Website: https://venturex.com/

Address: 159 4th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37219

Contact: 615-370-4211

Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Working downtown often means dealing with overwhelming noise, but Venture X uses advanced noise mapping to create dedicated quiet zones for ultimate focus.

Housed in the iconic Life and Casualty (L&C) Tower Annex, the facility features an industrial loft aesthetic and a highly professional corporate atmosphere.

A dedicated concierge team actively manages guest arrivals to ensure every client meeting starts flawlessly. Plus, the enterprise-grade security infrastructure makes it an ideal landing pad for lawyers handling highly sensitive documents.

You even get access to a private on-site gym, eliminating the need for a separate downtown fitness membership!

Unfortunately, upgrading to 24-hour facility access requires purchasing a higher-tier membership, as round-the-clock entry isn’t standard for everyone. The prime location also means you must budget for expensive off-site parking garages. Securing a reserved spot nearby often adds a hefty additional monthly expense to your overall operational overhead.

Pros

  • Highly walkable downtown address
  • Exceptional dedicated concierge staff
  • Large versatile event lounge
  • High-level security infrastructure

Cons

  • Standard access limited to daytime
  • Expensive off-site parking rates

This is a very cool place to rent a conference room for a day or more !! The office space is so nice and modern. Wonderful luxurious common areas !!! When in Nashville come visit Venture X !!!!

At VentureX Nashville, the space is top-notch — but what really makes it stand out is Kristen. She doesn’t just greet you, she gets you. She listens, she notices, she makes you feel like you belong from day one. That kind of insight and hospitality doesn’t just create a workspace, it creates momentum. Kristen is the kind of professional who doesn’t just run the place — she raises the standard.

Address: 3820 Charlotte Ave Suite 146, Nashville, TN 37209

Contact: 615.933.3651

Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Finding a community that actively champions your professional growth is rare, which makes Collective615 so refreshing. Situated inside a historic 1929 hosiery factory, it has soaring ceilings and a tailored environment designed for fearless idea exploration.

Members gain immediate access to a vibrant ecosystem of boutique shopping and gourmet dining located right inside the same building!

I recently attended a marketing workshop here, and the dedicated Get Shit Done (GSD) zone provided the absolute perfect distraction-free environment for finishing my presentation.

There’s even a luxury café with complimentary kombucha on tap alongside traditional coffee offerings!

The heavily stylized pink-and-green aesthetic might feel slightly niche if you prefer a strictly traditional corporate backdrop, though.

Night owls will also struggle here, since the primary shared areas completely close their doors by five in the evening. This strict schedule makes late-night grinding virtually impossible for standard pass holders.

Pros

  • Massive floor-to-ceiling windows
  • Affordable daily drop-in rates
  • Highly versatile event spaces
  • Free secured on-site parking

Cons

  • Strict standard business hours
  • Highly niche aesthetic design

Co-working & rental space for women, women entrepreneurs, networking individuals, or those looking for a space to host an event! This beautiful, chic, fun-vibed space offers more than just a space. There are different memberships available or a no-committment, monthly option if you just want to check it out. Watch their social media for events and opportunities for monthly happy hour to mingle and meet other like-minded women and connect, collectively. You can also stop in and request a tour to learn more! I had a tour with Erin, and she was extremely pleasant and helpful with all of my questions. The feel is very welcoming.

Such an amazing safe place for women business owners who want to feel part of a community where other women lift them up, share experiences and support them in reaching their goals. This is THE place in Nashville for women to Connect, Collaborate, Create and have an authentic Community. The support and education around member events, community events and strategic partners, the members are surrounded by opportunities! And it’s beautiful and located in an amazing building with history like no other! The amount of dedication, heart and soul that is poured into Collective615 and these women is unparalleled to anything I have seen yet!

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM to 4 PM; Saturday – Sunday: Closed

Late-night brainstorming sessions require ultimate flexibility, so having immediate round-the-clock keycard access at Center615 is a massive advantage.

This unique three-building campus offers distinct architectural vibes to match your specific daily energy levels. You can easily book any of their uniquely designed conference rooms entirely free of charge, avoiding the frustrating hourly booking fees common elsewhere.

Collaborating with local creative agencies is seamless thanks to their direct pipeline to professional photo and video stages.

They even prioritize your holistic health by supplying dedicated nap rooms and quiet meditation spaces!

The downside is that, because the atmosphere leans heavily toward a collaborative artistic culture, the open communal areas occasionally become quite noisy.

The neighborhood also lacks reliable transit options, forcing almost all commuting professionals to rely heavily on personal vehicles. Thankfully, the campus offsets this heavy car dependency by offering a massive lot with free parking.

Pros

  • Guaranteed free member parking
  • Ultra-fast gigabit internet speeds
  • Relaxed pet-friendly office policy
  • Excellent micro-community networking events

Cons

  • Highly car-dependent neighborhood location
  • Occasional noise in common areas

Customer Reviews

absolutely love working from this space! The employees are exceptional and they all go above and beyond to make sure we have whatever we need to be successful. Awesome amenities and free parking. Highly recommend!

5. Office Evolution

office-evolution

Website: https://www.officeevolution.com/

Address: 5016 Centennial Blvd Suite 200, Nashville, TN 37209

Contact: 629-249-1089

Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00  PM

Escaping the stressful downtown gridlock is entirely possible when you set up shop in the strategically located Office Evolution. Owners Mike and Melissa actively manage the facility, providing a highly responsive touch that large corporate chains often lack.

They offer a brilliant micro-office concept, delivering fully lockable interior privacy without the exorbitant price tag of a massive executive suite.

The modern industrial design features sound-dampening furnishings tailored specifically for a quiet corporate culture. Dedicated receptionists gracefully greet incoming clients, adding an instant layer of credibility for independent accountants and legal advisors.

However, gaining entry during the weekends requires a costly upgrade to a premium tier. Standard pass holders are strictly limited to regular weekday business hours.

The surrounding area also suffers from incredibly limited public transit access, meaning you essentially must own a vehicle to commute daily.

Pros

  • Ample free on-site parking
  • Close proximity to local gyms
  • Highly responsive local management
  • Exceptionally clean and quiet environment

Cons

  • Standard hours lack weekend access
  • Very poor public transit connectivity

Customer Reviews

I love this shared working space! The entire space (break room, bathroom, shared spaces) is very nice and clean with an updated look. My personal office space is nice and it has a standing desk (one that can lift up and down), which I love! I am a huge fan of the complimentary coffee, cappuccinos, hot tea, and water. The office is located in a great area filled with several food choices. If you like to window shop on break like me, there are places for that as well! Mike is also a true pleasure to work with, as well as his other staff members!

This is a wonderful co-working space whose owner does an amazing job of supporting and being involved with the local community and neighborhood. I highly recommend book a conference room here or locking-in an longer-term office space for you and your team!
