We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Pricing and Value: We compared the overall cost against the quality of the greenery provided by each vendor. Clear pricing structures for different tree sizes factored heavily into our assessments.

Experience and Convenience: Shopping for holiday greenery should be enjoyable rather than a stressful chore. We looked at available delivery services and hands-on farm experiences to determine how accommodating each location is for busy families.

Location and Accessibility: Finding a convenient spot to shop is crucial when transporting large items. We evaluated the driving distance from the city center and the ease of navigating each property.

Quality and Freshness: A beautiful centerpiece needs to last throughout the entire holiday season. We prioritized vendors who consistently offer robust greenery and maintain excellent needle retention.

Tree Options Available: Having a variety of choices guarantees that shoppers can find exactly what they need for their specific space. We noted the availability of fresh-cut firs and living trees across different lots.

Searching for the perfect holiday centerpiece can feel like a daunting task, especially when you’re balancing busy schedules and high expectations.

Whether you’re aiming to create lasting family memories on a crisp winter morning or just need a stunning fir delivered straight to your living room, the options are plentiful.

Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Hunting for that ideal holiday aroma is practically effortless when you visit this popular local lot.

They secure premium fresh-cut Fraser Firs directly from American farms on a weekly basis — these options have excellent needle retention and a wonderful fragrance.

I recently helped a friend order one of their trees for delivery, and the setup team was incredibly efficient at getting it secured in the living room. This level of convenience is a lifesaver for anyone dealing with a packed winter schedule.

While their staff beautifully handles custom flocking, their blind delivery service requires ordering a tree that’s at least seven feet tall. This restriction is definitely frustrating for apartment dwellers needing a more compact size.

Pros

  • Custom delivery and home setup
  • Weekly fresh shipments from farms
  • Custom lighting and flocking services
  • Fresh trunk cut prior to setup

Cons

  • Minimum seven-foot requirement for blind delivery orders
  • Limited small-space options via delivery service

Customer Reviews:

I’ve bought my last two Christmas trees here and I’m a huge fan. Everyone is super helpful and professional. They deliver and set the tree up for you and will even put the lights on if you want. Thank you Santa’s Trees for making my spirits bright this holiday season!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They did a great job trimming my tree for me and setting it into the stand. The prices are fair and the trees are of great quality.

There are also many options to choose from when it comes to the size of the tree that you’d like, ranging from very small trees to trees taller than 10 ft tall.

  • High-quality decorative patio plants

Cons

  • Extended wait times during peak season

Customer Reviews:

JVI Secret Garden has the best selection of plants in all of middle Tennessee! I love shopping here for my spring, fall, and indoor plants.

It’s also the most festive place to get your Christmas tree they have it decorated so cute and have the cutest  photo opp for the family. I can’t recommend them enough!

A wonderful place to get your Christmas Tree!! The staff was seriously so kind and made the whole experience fun! We will be back in the future to get our family’s tree here year after year 🙂

They also had lots of variety from tiny tree’s for your apartment up to big grand tree’s for a much larger space. We were able to find a nice 5ft tree that fits in a little nook in our 2b apartment this year.

Those seeking a truly traditional winter outing will fall in love with this sprawling 90-acre property.

Founded by owners Chris Leauber and his wife, Rhonda, they share their love of nature with an authentic holiday experience featuring beautiful Virginia and White Pines.

When my family visited last year, we had a fantastic time using their provided hand saws to harvest our very own pine. The staff even went above and beyond by carefully bagging the greenery and safely securing it to our vehicle’s roof.

Just keep in mind that their operating hours are strictly limited to just a few specific weekends during the short season, so planning ahead is absolutely necessary.

Pros

  • Hand saws and transport wheelers provided
  • Staff assists with bagging and loading
  • Complimentary hot chocolate and cookies
  • Well-behaved pets allowed on property

Cons

  • Highly restricted seasonal operating hours
  • Open only on a few select weekends

Customer Reviews:

We had a great family visit to the tree farm. Chris was very accommodating. Nice-looking 6 to 10 foot trees, mostly Virginia pine. Netting and shaking out the tree was free as well. At least we have paid for a fresh cut tree in years

Frank East | Google Review

We have been to a couple different tree farms over the years. This one has a nice selection of trees that are a variety of sizes to cover anyone’s house. The trees are shaken and netted. They will help load if needed. Snacks and drinks are complimentary treat that is definitely appreciated!

Website: https://kandikanetrees.com/

Address: 2950 N Hinton Rd, Clarksville

Contact: (931) 216-3931

Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. starting the Saturday before Thanksgiving

Taking a short drive outside the main city limits can often lead to the most charming holiday discoveries. This particular farm offers a memorable outing featuring gorgeous Blue Spruce options alongside plenty of festive on-site activities.

It actually serves as a wonderfully quiet afternoon escape if you’re looking for a romantic getaway in Nashville during the hectic winter months.

Here, visitors can browse custom hand-made wreaths or stop by the sweet treat shop for some gourmet popcorn.

They even organize a fun hayride that travels down a lighted trail through the surrounding woods.

However, their inventory tends to sell out fast due to high local demand, meaning late-season shoppers might miss out on securing a spruce entirely.

Pros

  • Sought-after Blue Spruce selections
  • Custom hand-made wreaths available
  • Festive hayride along a lighted trail
  • On-site gourmet popcorn and gift shop

Cons

  • Fast-depleting inventory due to high demand
  • Late-season shoppers may miss out entirely

Customer Reviews:

My family had a wonderful experience making a spontaneous holiday pit stop at Kandi Kane Christmas Tree Farm! It was our first time opting for a live tree and they made the “choose and cut” experience so fun and easy! Great selection of affordable trees, free cookies and hot cocoa for the kids, a playground, delicious popcorn and treats, and the friendliest staff! Thank you all!

Brianca Johnson | Google Review

Great family farm! We cut our own but they do offer pre-cut too. The employees went above and beyond netting and loading our tree! Free hot chocolate and cider hit the spot on a cold day. Plenty of outdoor play area for kids.

It provides a cozy, veteran-owned country experience where visitors can harvest their own fresh pine or browse pre-cut firs right by the barn. The friendly staff supplies all the necessary tools to make the entire harvesting process completely seamless.

To help keep your home clean, workers will thoroughly shake out any loose needles and wrap your purchase securely for the drive back.

  • Staff shakes and wraps purchased trees
  • Custom-cut garland available for order
  • Complimentary hot cocoa and cider

Cons

  • Steep upcharge for custom flocking services
  • Flocking adds significantly to the base price

Customer Reviews:

Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Even though we arrived a little early, the owner Jon let us browse, helped with our selection, and even helped load the tree on top of the car! Our young kids enjoyed the hot chocolate and getting to run through all of the trees. This is not our first visit to Country Lane Christmas Tree farms and will definitely not be our last. We may have a new family tradition on our hands!

Dillon Daughtry | Google Review

The owner was very sweet! And so was the staff. I didn’t want a pine tree Christmas tree and while my girls were swinging on the property we saw this and I asked if I could get this one (not thinking they would say yes bc it was just a random tree on the property), the man came over and said yes! I was so happy it was the tallest they had cut and it made my Christmas. They had a cute hot chocolate set up for the kids for free. Best place!
