1. Noa Nashville

Address: 228 S 10th St
Contact: (615) 258-7699 / [email protected]
Hours: Hours may vary
Tucked away in the vibrant Five Points district, Noa Nashville redefines urban living with a scalable luxury lodging concept.
Here, you can book fully curated resort-style homes with four or five bedrooms instead of leasing a traditional small unit. Notably, the entire property functions as a private residential complex paired with the high-touch services of a premium hotel.
I recently toured their central wellness courtyard and was genuinely impressed by the private sauna and cold plunge setup. The management team even coordinates with local fitness partners for on-site yoga sessions.
It’s also accessible, as it’s within walking distance to many restaurants and local music venues.
However, this unique setup operates primarily as a boutique resort geared toward short-term group stays. You won’t find standard year-long leases or typical monthly rent prices here.
Their strict focus on massive floor plans also makes the area an impractical choice for single renters seeking a conventional studio layout.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Noa Nashville. The kids loved the pool, and us adults really enjoyed watching the college football games at the pool bar on Saturday afternoon, while the kids swam. The townhouse was very roomy, and it had tons of great places to sleep and hangout. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook for the family as well. Would highly recommend staying here for any occasion.

We had an amazing stay at Noa! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and making sure I had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were outstanding, and the overall vibe was relaxing and welcoming. My young children loved the bunkbeds. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

2. Broadstone Centennial

Website: https://broadstonecentennial.com/?ilm=obl
Address: 2 City Place
Contact: (629) 276-9303
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sunday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Balancing career and personal life is remarkably seamless at Broadstone Centennial since it’s within the oneC1TY district.
They cater to modern professionals by providing private focus rooms alongside an elevated rooftop sky lounge featuring stadium seating. You can effortlessly transition from a morning video call to an afternoon at the putting green without ever leaving the premises.
I love how this community holds a National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Bronze certification, showcasing a strong commitment to sustainable infrastructure.
With this, residents benefit heavily from modern additions like electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and secure bike storage facilities.
While the social spaces offer an incredibly engaging lifestyle, I found the application process to be rigid. They rely on automated screening, giving little flexibility for applicants with non-traditional income backgrounds.
Furthermore, pet owners face strict breed restrictions and mandatory monthly fees that can quickly inflate the overall housing budget.

We’ve been living here for 4 months now, and very happy with our decision. We did a virtual tour and signed without seeing the place in person, so it was a bit of a gamble, and feel very fortunate that we chose Broadstone. The leasing and maintenance team are so friendly and quick to respond, the units are spacious, and the area is very safe, walkable and convenient. What more could you ask for!

I recently toured the apartment community with Joe, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Joe was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making anything feel rushed! He gave a thorough tour of the property, highlighted all the key amenities, and really helped me picture what it would be like to live there. The community itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks again, Joe, for your time and professionalism!

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sunday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Stepping inside The Shay Apartments reveals a surprising sense of architectural scale thanks to the ten-foot ceilings and oversized eight-foot doors installed throughout every unit.
This property sets itself apart by integrating advanced wellness technology directly into the living space. They even utilize a responsive lighting system designed to support healthy circadian rhythms.
The community truly embraces the health-focused ethos of the surrounding neighborhood by offering a dedicated pet spa equipped with a professional hydraulic blow-drying lift.
I spoke directly with a current resident who highly praised the massive horizon-edge pool and the outdoor movie pavilion.
Despite these impressive features, the premium cost of occupancy sits noticeably higher than the local average.
Its Midtown location also provides a pleasantly quiet atmosphere for residents. However, this could be a hassle if you prioritize being within walking distance to the downtown Broadway strip.

4. Parke West

Website: https://parkewest.com/
Address: 110 Murphy Court
Contact: 629-265-1755
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Positioned between Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Parke West delivers unparalleled connectivity to the most desirable academic and cultural hubs in the city.
For instance, living here also means you’re within a very comfortable walking distance of landmark destinations like Centennial Park and the Belcourt Theater.
Adding to the convenience is the management’s Preferred Employer Program that’s designed to benefit local university affiliates and corporate professionals.
As for life here, residents are treated to a highly curated lifestyle. They even have a round-the-clock concierge and a beautifully maintained community herb garden.
The interiors are classy and distinct, too. I love their mid-century modern aesthetic, which showcases architectural floor-to-ceiling windows and custom designer shades.
On the downside, the luxury price premium associated with this premium address puts it out of reach for budget-conscious renters. You’ll also need to navigate higher levels of daily urban traffic and ongoing construction noise in the highly active West End area.
Customer Reviews
I’ve lived at Parke West for nearly a year and have really enjoyed it. The building is stunning, with plenty of covered underground parking that’s great for both your car and the weather. Common areas are always clean, and the pool deck has an incredible sunset view. Noise is rarely an issue, and residents are generally respectful. Elevators can be slow during busy move-in or move-out times, but overall it’s been a very positive experience. Management is attentive, and the maintenance team is always responsive and on top of requests.

I have lived in many building buildings throughout Nashville and I can confidently say this is the best one! Not only is the building kept spotless, but the management team is amazing. Maintenance requests are completed very fast, the resident events are actually fun and the management team is extremely helpful! The property manager, Casey has made me feel at home since the day I signed my lease. Not only is the building beautiful and the management team is amazing but the location is spectacular! Highly highly recommend living here!

5. Sentral SoBro Apartments

Website: https://www.sentral.com/nashville/sobro?rcstdid=Mg==-YRjTEizZPgM=
Address: 516 Lea Ave
Contact: 8552056094
Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Professionals seeking ultimate leasing flexibility will find Sentral SoBro Apartments incredibly accommodating. The management allows guests and residents to book stays ranging from a single night to a full year.
Moreover, they provide turnkey living solutions with professionally designed furnished units available upon request. The unfurnished layouts for long-term tenants are also a huge plus.
Remote workers benefit immensely from the dedicated coworking spaces and robust high-speed internet connectivity spread across all community areas.
There’s also an expansive rooftop amenity deck that grants residents striking panoramic views of the downtown skyline alongside outdoor kitchen facilities.
However, being in the South of Broadway (SoBro) district comes with top-tier rental rates and steep mandatory utility packages. Also, the proximity to energetic music venues and major tourist attractions means you must consistently tolerate elevated city noise levels on weekends.

Came to Nashville for a conference and thought an apartment would be ideal. Just in case we needed to wash clothes etc. This turned out to be the perfect location. Blocks from the conference, walking distance to Broadway and plenty of food options. If you drove here instead of flying, there is plenty of parking on-site

The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in overnight was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Once I read my emailed instructions, the check in was easy! This is a gorgeous building and located within an easy walk’s distance from several restaurants. The woman working the front desk was efficient and helpful. Enjoyed my stay!
